Was just coming off a 8 week cut. I am now 5'9" 159 lbs. Should i keep cutting? Or should i bulk? I was going to start bulking this monday all the way till july. I am getting married in october and want to look great! Also when i go from a cut to a bulk how much weight should i aim to gain each week?

TBH... Bumping a post after 10 minutes. Wow. Now to get down to it. I have to say this for muscles everywhere.
Shave Yo Body.
I cant really even tell if you have muscles or its an optical illusion from the hair. A typical Bulk Cut phase is bulk in winter cut in spring look sexy in summer and fall.
If your deadline however is October. and you dont care about the beach (from the hair I can see thats not an issue) Then sure man. Bulk it up until Mid July then Cut it up for October...

Sorry just didnt want the post to get lost in the millions of posts on here. Ya i hear you about the hair. But i live in Buffalo, so... What beach? Lol. If i were to do a bb competition then sure i would shave. But that is a ton of work to keep that beast under control, unless you have some advice?

I would go for a clean bulk and aim for 170 to 175 lbs trying to keep the BF% low. You'll look great just in time for the wedding. BTW-Good job on the cut.
In 20 years from now I want to be pushing up weights, not Daisy's!

Ok so i took everyones advice and decided to shave. Holy crap what a difference it makes! So now could i get a bf% estimate? And also should i bulk until july then cut for my wedding in october? Or should i keep cutting now? Thanks.

lookin much better bro. you just instantly gained more muscularity by shaving. why not use march, April, may to bulk and then cut either may or June? gives you 8-12 weeks to bulk and then plenty of time to shed any extra pounds that aren't wanted

Great cut man, but lets be honest. You need to BULK IMMEDIATELY! Who want's to look average walking down the isle? You need to dominate all other beta males in the general vicinity with your alphaness by
spraying the area with your scentwearing a tight fitting suit to show off your muscular body (potentially attracting more females). Cant do that @ 159lb.
