I started this school year (August 29) at 6 foot 150 lbs at around at least 15% body fat and as of today I am 175 lbs and roughly 10% body fat, 18 years old. I followed the leangains bulking protocol.
The Picture titled "a (3)" is the before picture and all others are after photos. I am very pleased with the progress but should have went for more mass rather than trying to stay lean while bulking but I literally ate all I could fit into the 8-hour feeding window.
I ate very healthy, never drank pop, never drank alcohol, never missed a workout and never slacked in the gym so I have no regrets.
Critiquing is welcome, and actually wanted, to get some more advice on lagging bodyparts that you may notice. The lighting in these "after" photos are to my advantage but it was very similar lighting to my before pics so that should at least show the progress.

At 1 I would eat usually one cup of brown rice 1 chicken breast 4 eggs and one piece of toast (could usually eat more here but didn't)
Workout at 3
Get done around 5 and I would drink a 650 cal weight gain shake with one cup of rice, 3 eggs, one chicken breast, 3 packs of oatmeal, a banana, a burrito made with ham eggs and cheese, and a can of canned chicken
Then at 9 I would have 3/4 serving of weight gainer mixed with milk
At the meal at 1 I would try to not eat so much that I would have much food in my stomach during the workout. All the rest of the time I ate as much as I possibly could.

Thanks for all the compliments! and yeah I also mix 2-3 eggs (cooked over easy) into the cup of rice and also put a can of canned chicken in and it tastes really good but kind of a weird mix though. I basically eat the same foods most of the time I just start mixing them in different ways and it keeps things different.
