Day 3 - Shoulders + Core + Squats
Normally I only do shoulders on Mondays, but I have decided to squat twice a week.
Supps: 3 Bioforge caps upon waking up, 100g oats with 65g myofusion for breakfast 30 min later, 4 caps of XFA with Hemavol 2 hours later. I hit the gym 30 min after!
Workout(kg):
Squats ATG: 20x20, 50x10, 60x5, 70x5, 80x3(I could only do 2 last Friday!), 50x12. Not impressive numbers, but I felt no pain in my knee today!(I was struggling to squat 40kg without pain 4 months ago!) I can't wait to get back to my old self!
Dumbbell shoulder press: 10x15, 20x10, 22.5x10, 22.5x9
Dumbbell raises: 5x20, 7x10, 8x10, 9x10, 10x9
Dumbbell bent lateral raises: 5x20, 6x10, 7x10, 8x10, 9x7
Front and rear shrugs super set: 50x20, 60x20, 70x20
Weighted crunches: Only did 50. I ran out of time today!
Cardio: 5 min of HIT
Conclusion:
I have recently switched up my shoulder routine as my right shoulder has been bugging me over the past month. So I dropped the weight and focused on good form and high reps without much rest time. I normally do more exercises for shoulders but I didn't have much time today. Was a good intensive workout though.

Day 4 - Lots of food and rest!
Supps: Took my bioforge as usual and just took 4 x-factor caps with my lunch!
I think the first effects of bioforge are hitting me now, as I had a few vivid dreams and they seemed extremely graphic and detailed! Libido seems to be slightly higher than usual, although my natural libido is pretty high lol. I have a feeling of well being and feel quite happy, especially when at the gym. I am really psyched to hit my back and triceps hard tomorrow!
THEHUGE will be pleased to know I over indulged yesterday and ate 3.1k calories. Thanks for reading peeps!

I really could do without the increased libido at the moment!
Another day of eating lots of food! Took in around 3.1k calories today, 400 calories more than I was planning to, but I guess I am on x-factor now so it should be alright? Can't wait to train my favourite body part(back) tomorrow!
Goodnight peeps!

Day 5 - Back + Triceps
Had an awful night sleep. Kept waking up after 5.30am due my girl friend making noise around the house. **** knows why she was up so early.
Supps:
I woke up at 8.50 and took 3 bioforge caps, then had my oats and protein 30 min later. Felt a bit nauseous so I couldn't just down the shake as normal and it took me about 10 min to finish it! 1 hour later I got a knock on my door and had a parcel delivered!
I still got over 3 weeks before I start Triazole, but I was very happy Anavite got delivered as I couldn't use OT whilst on x-factor!
So two hours after I had my breakfast I took 4 x-factor pills and 3 Anavite pills with Hemavol! My gf wasn't impressed with me taking 7 tablets in one go LOL.
Workout:
Weighted chinups(kg): BW+17.5x6, BW+17.5x5, BW+20x4(PR), BWx8 [Could only do 2 of 20 last week]
Close grip bench(kg): 20x20, 50x10, 65x6, 70x6(PR), 75x4(PR), 80x2(PR) [Could only do 2 of 75 last week]
Deadlifts(kg) 20x20, 50x10, 80x6, 110x6, 120x5, 130x4(PR) [Could only do 2 of 130 last week]
Weighed dips(kg): BW+20x6, BW+25x6, BW+30x6(PR), BWx19 [Could only do 5 of 30 last week]
At this point I was getting very tired. Maybe it was the lack of sleep; I dunno. I wish I still had my Craze tub!
EZ-bar bent rows(kg): 57.5x8, 57.5x8, 57.5x8
Skull crushers(kg): 32.5x6, 37.5x4, 27.5x9 (NOT HAPPY)
Behind the head wide grip pull downs: Full stack x 8, 3 times.
Cardio for 15 min.
Conclusion: Was a great workout! PR's all over the place! I tired out at the end which I wasn't happy about. Overall I am happy with my progress. Have a great day boys and girls!

Not many people in the UK use these products unfortunately!
Hehe nothing wrong with some tea and cookies. What gets served in the US?
I love Intrabolic. I've been through many many tubs over the years. I used to mix it with the old Sizeon back in the day. I find it really helps with my recovery and I make better gains when on Intrabolic than without. In fact I was testing Sizeon pre-contest without intrabolic for 2 months during November 2011 to December 2011 and I wasn't that impressed with my gains. I then bought Intrabolic in January and have been making far better gains. I was only taking protein and intrabolic and was breaking PR's every workout.
Intrabolic will always be my intra. Nothing comes close, and I've used purple wrath, xtend and size on.

Sadly not many use them in the states either, most people only know about a handful of companies like bsn, gaspari, usp, etc
However, it is always more than great to see folks using the products that work rather than the products that are hyped. If two companies use similar formulas, charge similar prices and one has 20x the marketing budget, guess which company is putting their money in to sourcing quality raw ingredients and into R&D... the anser 9 times out of 10 is companies like MN, DS, etc.

Day 7 - Legs + Core
Supps:
Upon waking: 3 caps bioforge, Preworkout: 4 caps X-Factor, 3 caps Anavite and Hemavol. Inta: Intrabolic mixed with creatine.
Workout:
ATG Squats(kg): 20x20, 50x10, 70x5, 80x5(PR), 90x4(PR), 100x1(PR), 70x5 [WOW WOW WOW... I only managed 3 of 80 on Tuesday and 2 of 80 last Friday... WTF is happening????]
Hamstring curls with cable: 3 sets of 8 using 26.25. The weight isn't in kg but just a resistance level.
Single leg extension machine(kg): 35x5, 45x5, 45x5, 55x2(PR) [My left leg is catching up very fast! I can obviously do more on my right leg, but 55kg was quite tough!]
Calf machine(kg): 20x45, 15x75, 10x95
Hanging leg raises: 10, 8, 8
Weighted medicine ball crunches(kg): 8x20, 8x20, 10x17
10 min cardio.
Conclusion:
I am utterly gobsmacked! I have no idea on how I managed to jump up nearly 20kg on my squats. ****ing crazy! I'm so happy. The last 1.5 years have been so hard. I couldn't walk for ages, couldn't run til about 4-5 months ago, but now I can squat 100kg! OH YES!
The supps must be working lol + my hard work of course
