Extra skin...
The thing is I lost over 70lbs since may 2010 but i ended up having extra skin left. its been there for a long time now and i dont know how to get rid of it. ive seen surgical procedures online but i really dont want to go under a knife. the extra skin still makes me feel fat even though i am at normal body weight. i do alot of core workouts but still nothing... any suggestions?

I've been in the same situation, just focus on lowering your bf%, you don't have as much extra skin as you'd think.
Also exfoliate.
