Left arm is weaker than right arm

I'm facing some problem in dumbell curls or chest press. My right arms can lift 10kg for 10~12 reps but my left arms cant even hit 10 reps with 10kg.. So should I lower the right arms weight or I juz lift different weight on different arms? Like right arms 10kg.. Left arms 8kg..

Defiantly don't lift less for the left arm unless you want it to stay weaker and smaller forever. Keep lifting 10kg and dont increase until you can do 12 reps w/ both arms. How many sets btw?

Do same weight , same reps on each arm...hardly any exercises are complete isolation exercise, so if you try doing 'catch up' you will cause other imbalances. One thing you can do is do each arm separately, doing the weak arm first.
