The BEST post I've seen in AGES! I LOVE this sh!t! First off...all you guys did a real awesome job in transforming your bodies in 4 months ! Nice work sticking to it!
My initial vote was going to be for Sheldon...but...then I looked again. Sheldon looks like he lifted before the contest so even though he probably appears as the one with the best physique, he's NOT the one who's changed the most (IMO).
