In the newer videos it looks a lot like knee sleeves that have the knee cut out. Homemade maybe?

They look something like ace bandages.

Pretty sure he uses standard Ace bandages or something similar, wraps below the kneecap and then above, leaving the actual knee cap free and open.

Ok, thanks. He seems to be wearing knee sleeves together with wraps. The sleeves aren't usually pulled up though. Like in the 250 pause front squat or 205 combo lift video. I wonder if he uses both at the same time?

right, you know my PRs better than myself
mostly because i never train DEADLIFT. since i am an olympic weightlifter. it's an entirely different movement, and if i do deadlift it's actually more of a "clean pull"
that's why omfgz0rz
not to mention i have the worst possible leverages for deadlifting

you could probably deadlift 200+ pretty easily man, especially if you trained it for a month or so. it would go up super fast (with clean technique)

How come it seems like these days weight classes are dominated by a certain nation. I've never seen a good Chinese heavyweight.

I still don't get how some lifters look this good and ripped while some lighter lifters still look crappy. But I guess this day in age everyone that remains lean in their weight class is starting to look like this. Those that use drugs at least, it's def the gh that keeps them lean and muscular.

I would say most likely GH and long periods of test

blasting and cruising test won't do the job by itself, especially for a man his size and how he trains. he prob needs plenty of eq mast, or tren along with it, on top of lots of orals. but he probably recovers to optimal condition faster than most athletes with or without supplements. hes adapted to all that rigorous training
