I've been trying for the last hour to find a macro calculator to get a good handle on what kind of cals and splits I should be using. ANyone have a good suggestion?

See the stickies in the nutrition forum. I'm not sure what a calculator could do beyond that?

Your split is really going to be determined by goal. What are you aiming to do?

I use My Macros+ for a food log. It is an app that is designed by a user here that is also a competitive bodybuilder (DieHards77). I was a beta tester and I stopped using MyFitnessPal in favor of My Macros+. It doesn't have crowdsourced food entries or a barcode scanner, but my experience has been that those things aren't all that accurate, anyway. I read food labels and make my own entries.

As far as calculating macro splits, I'm not sure. I've done all of mine on a spreadsheet using information from the stickies in the Nutrition section. I am going to check out Cals & Macros, which was mentioned a couple of posts up in this thread.

EDIT: Cals & Macros seems ok, but you can't really tweak it to your individual needs.

The macro part of training is the thing that I can improve on the most. I don't track one calorie.
