Thanks a bunch guys, it went really well, super easy. Was konked out for the whole thing, no pain whatsoever so far and I've been out for like 3 hours. Mad bandages on my leg, can't bend it too well but can walk 100% fine, one of the younger residents told me I'd have to "go easy for a couple days at least." He went on to say "you can walk around and stuff, just don't like do any deadlifts for a few" which made me lol. You mirin doc? Feeling like recovery will be super quick. Not gonna rush it/do anything stupid but I think I'll be back at it in no time. Pretty sure UPS is bringing my shipment of hemavol/purple Wraath today so I'd better hurry up and heal, those weights aren't gonna crush themselves!

The carbs are so high due to my intake of fiber one cereal. Had about 4 bowls today, hah, just under. Has 60 cals per 25 cho 0_0 So much fiber. Legitimately ate all day today, from about noon until now (almost midnight).
Pretty sure I could do chest tomorrow if I wanted. Literally no pain. Not planning on doing anything with leg involvement for a week but I'm gonna be itching to lift and bored as fuk tomorrow. Plus my purple wraath came in today and getting shyt in the mail always gets me amped up. Gonna see how this plays out, my mom would probably kill me if she found out, have to go while she's not around haha.Boston - UMass - Sales brah

6/23 - CHEST & TRIS!
Lifts
DB Incline – WU 40 x 8, 60 x 6, 70 x 5, 80 x 5 (with spot), 75 x 5, 70 x 7-8
DB Flies – 45 x 12, 55 x 9, 60 x 6 – 30” – 30 x 6
Dips – 13, 12, 9
DB Press – 50 x 12, 50 x 10-11
DB Overhead Press – 75 x 9, 75 x 8, 75 x 7 – 30” – 50 x 5
DB Incline Flies – 40 x 12, 40 x 8
V Bar Pushdown – 80 x 10, 80 x 7 into drop set, 87.5 x 4 into drop set
Random burnout shyt (3 more easy high rep sets of chest crap, single arm cable tri extensions to failure)
Happy. No pains from leg. Was a bit awkward to get the weight into position on inclines, had to put it closer to my groin than normal so as to avoid resting the db on my stitches/wounds, lol. The Wraath tastes good, I approve. Not sure if I'll be lifting tomorrow, normally would do legs or back/bis but all of that besides bis requires some leg stabilization. Then again, the bandages come off tomorrow morning, I could probably do back minus deadlifts. We'll see.Boston - UMass - Sales brah

Feelin good. Going to my nana's for dinner tomorrow (pasta again... every Sunday for lunch and every Thursday for dinner, haha), wouldn't have gone but my brother is going and I want to see him. Don't really want to eat at noon... fuxin with my IF and whatnot. Not sure what I'm gonna do, might just have a small plate of pasta and grab some meatballs/sausages. Not sure how to estimate the macros on those =/ But I'm not in the mood for another non-counting day. Generally puts me in the 3.5k range, lol, especially when pasta and garlic bread are involved. #cuttingproblemsBoston - UMass - Sales brah

Yes sir, though it's funny, my nana isn't really Italian. My grandfather was. Then when he died, my nana married another 100% Italian guy who I knew as my grandfather (happened way before I was born). So we always had Thursday dinners and occasionally Sunday lunches. Food is so damn good... I've grown to love her salad too in the last year or so, go figure, haha.
Whachyu know about PRs two days after surgery?!
6/23 - BACK & BIS!
Lifts
Deads – WU, 265 x 5, 315 x 5, 365 x 5, 365 x 5 – grinders, decided not to go on with that weight – 315 x 8
DB One Arm Row – 85 x 12, 95 x 10, 100 x 8, 50 x 6
Wide Pulldowns – 120 x 9, 100 x 10, 70 x 12 (tried behind the back for the first 5, sort of liked it, meh)
DB Twist Curls – 45 x 7, 45 x 6, 45 x 6 (last ones sucked), 40 x 7 – Strong here.
Seated Cable Row – 160 x 11, 200 x 5 – 20” – 120 x 7-8
DB Hammers – 35 x 10, 40 x 8, 55 x 3 – 20” - 45 x 4 – 20” - 35 to failure (around 7?)
Straight Cable Curls – 2 drop sets starting @ 80 and 72.5, 12 reps followed by 16 reps
Pretty confident those rows were PRs =p Didn't want to risk hurting myself at all on deads, though I didn't feel any pain at all in my leg/the areas affected by surgery. I actually felt more limber/flexible than ever to be honest. I mean, I guess removing those veins was beneficial to my circulation, shrug. Didn't expect to feel so good today. Took a bit more rest than normal between most sets but not too much, maybe 2 minutes here and there, generally 90-100". Biceps felt strong. Also thought they might explode during those hammers, lmao. Pumped as fuk.
BACK AT IT BABY!
A few recent pics of random purchases:
Love this fuking movie. Used to watch it all the time when I was a kid. Saw it at CVS when I was picking up my prescription post-surgery and made my mom buy it, lmao. Sippin on a sample of Green Mag I never took. Decided to buy some on a whim at that instant, should be in the mail on Tuesday along with my bottle of Craze. Shyt's about to get real.
And I found this little number in the checkout aisle at TJ Maxx earlier! Was there buyin some fresh Tommy Hilfiger boxer briefs, you know how I do, no pics of those though *******s.Boston - UMass - Sales brah

Good to hear you think so man, I've read a ton of awesome reviews on the stuff. Tired of the 20 grams of carbs in assault, lol. You used to take assault too, didn't you? Or am I recalling incorrectly? If so, how do you think it compares? From what I've heard it's more aimed at focus and intensity whereas assault is sustained energy. Any crash on craze? Cause assalt never gives me that.

Yeah man, I LOVED Assault. I actually consumed 4 whole tubs straight without trying any other pre's haha. Obviously I took breaks from it, but yeah it was all I used since X-Mas.
Craze gives INSANE focus. I felt like a straight up hardass in the gym on it and every rep felt perfect. Plus my cardio session was the best I had ever done as well. This stuff rules dude, no doubtMy new bulking log. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146899443&p=926377483#post926377483

Hahaha, I love that fuking song dude. And thanks for the kind words/motivation!!
Word, I loved assault too, nothing great from it lately but that's probably just because I need a stim break lol. Looking forward to Craze, should probably get that break in before trying it... realistically I won't, lmao. If it doesn't affect me too much I will for sure.
Macros aren't exact for today, estimated the food I ate at my nana's as best as I could. Ended up having a slice of homemade berry pie after dinner, so damn good. Can't turn down a fresh nana pie.

Honestly not as good as I'd hoped it would be =/ Sort of reminds me of chili sauce, which I hate. It's decent but not too great. It's funny, I love bbq sauce, ketchup, and all hot sauces. But when you try to mix ketchup and either of the other two it just doesn't fly with me. One day I'll find the right mixture... One day...
MANU! Comin at your shoulder workout today, brah! It's gonna be like the same thing... minus 300 pounds per exercise. Haha! Seriously though I love changing up my shoulder routine every few weeks and yours looks similar in volume/exercises to mine but with different order. Copy time.Boston - UMass - Sales brah

Hah, looks interdasting, can't really get there though, mom's on vacation for the week and she took the car. I'm on dog-sitting duty, srs, haha. She was gonna pay some lady $350 to watch them for the week, which is absurd, we don't have money to spare by any means... told her to buy me $50 worth of food at T Joe's and I'd do it, hah. She was worried I would find it difficult due to being in recovery from the surgery.
LOL.

Word, you already got the technique down I see from the MEN, gotta bake that ish for a bit to get it crispy before you add anything to it. I sometimes bake mine like three times (just crust, plus cheese + sauce, final product). Haven't made one in a long time, might do so tonight =p
Morning weigh in - 185.5. This matches my low for this cut, was hoping to set a new one for motivations sake but feeling good about it anyway. As much as a number is just a number I've been anxious to see a lower one for a while. The way I look at it, if 2 days out of the week my numbers are lower than ever, I'm definitely making progress. Setting a new low every week shouldn't be an unreasonable thing to check for.
Edit: Took a shyt, 185.2. Booyoh! Lmao.

Lmao the only way to get those respectably is as a free gift. Still wanted them when I saw them months back hahaha. First leg day since surgery. Success?
6/26 - LEGS & ABS!
Lifts
Leg Press – 1, 2, 3, 4 pps x 8, 4 pps + 25 x 7, x 6, x 6 – didn’t want to push these, didn’t feel too awake/strong at this point anyway
Lying Hamstring Curls/Quad Extensions – 155 x 12, 155 x 11/195 x 11, 155 x 9/90 x 10 SL, 145 x 10/175 x 11, 175 x 4 into drop set/75 SL burnout
Seated Calf – 1 pps + 25 x 20, 1 pps + 35 x 16, 1 pps + 35 x 14 into drop set
Close Leg Press – 2 pps + 20 x 20, x 20 – No stopping at all on the first set, then 2” rest, had to stop numerous times after 10th rep on second set. Grinnndddd
Abs (not necessarily in this order):
1 set Weighted Decline Crunches with a 10 plate, x 15 or so to warm up
2 sets slow hanging knee raises for 5-6 reps
Russian Twist w/ 35 db on decline bench - 2 sets of 12 moderate tempo, had to stop @ 8 on 2nd set and take a few breaths
1 set Decline Crunches
Elevated Planks: 60" normal, 45" right, 45" left, 50" normal - 30" rest between each
So once again improved on every set of the ham curl/quad extension superset. Went down a bit in press, not too worried about it. Did them slower than normal, form was pretty spot-on (not too hard to get the form right on leg press but still felt more solid than ever).
Not sure what to make of Craze yet, took it in a crazy concoction... like 1/3 scoop Green Mag, maybe just under 1.5 scoops hemavol, and 1.5 scoops Craze. From what I've read about the stuff the hamstring machine should have exploded when it came into contact with my calves. That didn't happen BUT I did have a solid workout, having been super tired and not mentally there immediately prior to the workout. Feelin good right now, so no crash, that's for sure. No lifting tomorrow, so no stims, we'll see how Thursday goes. Realistically I probably need a stim break, I haven't take one in... well, ever, basically. Months of assault with fat burners rarely here and there on off days. And I drink lots of diet coke. Don't really see myself taking a break until my birthday though, honestly. I was banking on a serious recovery with this surgery that would coincide with a break... that didn't happen, hah. Last monthish of the cut for me, not trying to take 2 weeks off of stims right now. I won't be lifting for a week anyway when my birthday hits.
Feelin lean, feelin good.
Possible food porn later depending on how creative I'm feeling.Boston - UMass - Sales brah

definitely a nice workout for being like 5 days out of O.R....how long did that take you btw? looks like you killed your abs too. Its been a while since I've dedicated more than 10 mins to abs, but maybe I will tmw since I'm off all "real lifting". gotta love the ab DOMS when you get em though, it even hurts to laugh and some one always has some hilarious joke/story on those days (my experience anyway).

Thanks yo, honestly no idea how long I was there. Completely disregarded the clock, lol. Must have been a while though, I posted pretty much right when I got home maybe 20 minutes after finishing and that was at 6:15, started lifting around 4:10.
Thanks brotha! Must be cool to see others use your shyt as inspiration, haha. It actually came across my mind once while I was doing the bb shrugs, I was like "How the fuk does that guy do nearly 800?!", lmao.
*Regarding Craze, appetite is nowhere to be found. Not complaining, about to crush a pastrami on rye regardless, but legit not hungry right now, finished lifting 4.5 hours ago and only ate some proats afterwards, only eaten... 520 calories today? Christ. Not entirely sure if it's the craze. Had steel cut oats, shyt was booommmbbb, probably a bit more filling than I'm used to. But I did some searching anyway, and I'm not sure. I'll have to see how the rest of the week goes with the stuff. - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...craze+appetiteBoston - UMass - Sales brah

Glad to see your on the "Craze" bandwagon, stuff is legit. I can only take a little over 1/2 a scoop before I start getting shaky, lolol. Hows the new flavor? I only have grape.
BTW:
I'm making a new BB.com order tonight, and wanted to get your opinion on the orange triad as well as the fish oil.. What type of fish oil did you buy?
Keep it up bro! Glad to see you're recovering well!
