Lmao no they told me it would be a while and they weren't lying. About to PM them right now and nicely mention that I take a large =p
Actually did buy some P Wraath earlier after checking with Vitamin Shoppe and confirming that I could either buy 1.22 pounds there for $43 or 2.44 pounds for $40 online. Never cease to amaze me. Did cop a free iSatori bar though, and another from the GNC across the street lawl. Pro tip - free bars with coupon, check ********. Hoping I enjoy the grape, was the cheapest solid BCAA I could find. All out of XTend... catabolism imminent.
Mitch, I remember you asking if T Joe's is worth the hype... Go there. Get the cookie butter. Find... the cookie butter. No words.

Heard its about the same, but yes its spectacular, especially for a nut-allergy-bro....Also, mad jelly of those flatbreads you posted. checked their website and it looks like its real local to central Mass. On my way to the cape in a few weeks I might have to pull off the highway and go-a-searchin.xTUNAx CREW

Though I did mowe lawns/rake all day, more raking than anything. So decently active. In other news I just ate a cheeseburger with 2 Entenmann's donuts for buns and a fried egg on it. checked thread 10 minutes ago...no pic. came here to neg, everything went better than expected....I love creations like that with the savory and sweet. the runny egg really makes it...if only you used bacon too...mirin the fact you fit it into your macros too. what were they btw? ill throw a guess out there.

Hell of a guess, dude. 48c/31p/47f. Ate more fat today than I ever have since I started tracking macros, not counting binges. Even binges though I normally just eat straight cereal and shyt so who knows lmao. Brb dying. And the motivation just came from wanting a burger, noticing the thing of donuts on the counter that's been there too long, and having fasted for a 9 hour landscaping shift coming off 2 hours of sleep only to break it with a protein bar and a bowl of cottage cheese/trail mix, lawl.
I did cook bacon to put on it... it came out so bad I just threw it out. This Trader Joe's bacon is somehow not good, or I can't cook it right, idk. It doesn't cook like any bacon I've ever made. Pisses me off cause it looks fuking aweosme but this is the third time i've tried to make it and the second time that I've just thrown it away.Boston - UMass - Sales brah

Once again performed better than last time on every lift. Maybe some PRs in here, not sure. Don't give too much of a shyt about ham curl PRs though tbh haha.
6/20 - LEGS! and no abs whatsoever so as to avoid death
Lifts
Leg Press – WU 1, 2, 3, 4 pps x 8, 4 pps + 25s x 9, 5 pps x 7, 5 x 6, 5 x 5
Lying Hamstring Curls/Quad Extensions – 155 x 12, 155 x 10/195 x 10, 155 x 8/85 x 10 SL, 140 x 0/175 x 11, 170 x 5 into drop set/65 SL burnout
Standing Calf – WU, 3 pps x 10, 3 x 8, 3 x 8 into 2 x 8
Seated Calf – 1 pps + 10 x 16, x 16
Close Leg Press – 2 pps + 15 x 20, x 20 – No stopping at all on the first set, then 2” rest, had to stop numerous times after 10th rep on second set. Grinnndddd
So yeah. Improvements across the board from last week. Though I didn't do a drop set at the end of my heavy presses. Liked it better this way. Also took slightly longer breaks this time due to numerous conversations with numerous bros I saw at the gym. One with a friend of mine, one with a highschool kid who was mirin/wearing UMass shirt (had my UMass shorts on, questions were asked), another with a cool dude who needed spots and shyt. Did my best to keep the rest times down though.
Woke up at fuking 2:30 today, slept for 13 hours without even waking up to piss. Unreal. I guess that can happen after sleeping 2 hours the night before and landscaping all day. Way more exhausted last night than I have been in a looooong time, and I didn't even lift (lol i don't even lift). Last night's burger has me feeling like I binged lmao. Hit decent cals and obviously not an issue, but stil has me contemplating eating super bro today. Then again, it is 200 degrees in central MA and I could easily be swayed in ice cream's direction. Would be a good day to try the 24 karat cake but mom's out with the car until late and there's none within walking distance =( Plus I don't want to die of heat stroke by leaving my house. The walk home from the gym was bad enough, jesus.

Magic hat and the not-so-hidden cig. Nice....walking to and from the gym today was definitely borderline insane, I was outside for about 45 minutes and got completely burned, called it a day...mirin leg workout though, Im sure after that you see you can deff get a good leg sesh in even without squats.

Yeah, no joke dude your leg progress to not squatting ratio is basically the only reason I haven't done squats in like 4 weeks. Was tired of slowly dropping numbers, haha. Been the opposite on press.

Surgery tomorrow dude, fuking blows. One last shoulder workout in a few hours haha, then a week or two off. Savoring that shyt. Magic Hat #9 is a solid beer. Also just picked up Rolling Rock light which is probably the best 100 cal beer I've had. I'm embarassed to say I could hardly eat/drink yesterday and I ended up only having a half of a beer lmao.

RR Lights? No idea to be honest Tim owed me money and I had him buy the beer last time. Probably not too expensive, RR is pretty cheap. Go grab some, RR is pretty light as it is though tbh it's only like 130 cals.

Looks about right. Had 1 scoop of iso in water post/workout, then macaroni dinner with garlic bread/a meatball/a sausage at my nana's for the classic Thursday night meal. Just went in on some apple pie and carbsmart ice cream, munchin on cereal at the moment. Not too bad, not counting macros. Got 3 and a half hours left before I'm supposed to not eat lawl, surgery bright and early tomorrow. Eating a bit over maintenance today most likely in preparation, hah. Who knows how my appetite will be after I get out. Wish me luck brahs.Boston - UMass - Sales brah
