First and foremost, huge props once again to TheFugitive aka 'Fugi' for selecting me to run this great stack.
Let's get down to bizness!
How 'bout some Gamma eye candy before we get into the supps?
Brittney Palmer of Gamma Labs
Here's the stack:
GAMMA-O:
Gamma-O has been scientifically as well as clinically proven to naturally increase testosterone levels by up to 800% and release more endorphins that lower stress and cortisol levels. The increase in testosterone and endorphins aids in the growth of lean muscle tissue while burning off unwanted fat without the harmful side effects of steroids, pro-hormone or andro products. Has a variety of uses specifically designed to work in conjunction with bodybuilders and athletes. Gamma-O is the most powerful form of Gamma Oryzanol that can be absorbed by the human body.
Directions: Take 2 liquid caps twice daily with food.*
-Increased Strength
-Reduced Body Fat
-Enhanced Energy
-Increased Muscle Girth Gains
-Reduced Post-Workout
-Soreness
PTF:
Our scientifically-advanced blend of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline combined with our superior proprietary mix of 3 of the most potent and absorbable creatines on the market, produces an unmatched stimulus of Nitric Oxide so you can train harder and longer. No matter what your fitness level, our highly bio-available formula contains powerful antioxidants to help lower muscle breakdown and speed recovery times for a supercharged workout. As the cells in your muscles age, they begin to oxidize. Your body uses the NO produced by your iNOS to combat the oxidation of cells.
Our scientifically engineered blend of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline combined with powerful antioxidants slows down the oxidation process, thus allowing the NO converted from your iNOS to stimulate muscle growth. Your body needs the NO produced from eNOS to regulate vascular function and blood flow. Your cells are limited in the production of NO based on the availability of L-Arginine.
PTF Uses iNOS & eNOS to Effectively Maximize Nitric Oxide (NO) ProductionOur highly bio-available formula encourages the NO produced by eNOS to increase blood flow, heighten protein synthesis and produce smooth muscle tone.
Directions: Use 1-2 scoops with 6oz-9oz cold water.
-Enhances Nitric Oxide (No) Production
-Builds Muscle Mass And Tone
-Intensifies Pump And Vascularity
-Improves Recovery With No Crash
-Performance Tested The culmination of over 30 years of clinical research on Nitric Oxide.

[ SOME THOUGHTS ]
Overall decent Day of of new program, the PTF kicked in during the bb shrugs -- that's when I felt my energy go into a new level.
This new program is 5 days a week, and tomorrow is chest-back-calves; I am moving so hopefully once I get over to my house I'll be able to take a break and hit the gym!
Gamma Notes:
I've noticed with others experience with GAMMA-O that enhanced/better sleep is one of the many key benefits, I look forward to this!
Sleep is so vital and with all the running around I've been doing I need some good sleep!!
PTF is great, never a crash, and has an impressive profile.
till next time..

**sorry I was MIA yesterday, moved into the new house and it took all day - didn't make it to gym either - but carrying heavy chit all day qualifies for some type of cardio I'd think**
I took 2 GAMMA-O caps in the am, and none at night as I couldn't find it.. boxes everywhere......arghhhhhhhhhh
Found it this morning and popped two caps before the gym.
