    Today I did:

    Power Snatch: 3x44lbs; 3x66lbs; 3x88lbs; 3x110lbs; 3x132lbs
    Hang Clean High Pull: 3x5x132lbs
    Behind Neck Weighted Pullups: 3x6x44lbs
    Hanging Side Leg Raises: 3x10

Power Snatch was magnificent! I repped my PR 3 times, it was as easy as pie! Pullups were hard. Hanging Side Leg Raises are a good abdomen/oblique exercise! Tomorrow I'll be doing C&J (watch out Saintsqc, I'm going to bring my camera with me just incase ).

Here's a back double bi (just took it):

Well, I'll see how I can manage that 198lbs, and then see that 220lbs. I don't think my definition is that great though, but it has improved.

Haha me too, but I guess the creatine has started to take effect, I've gained power everywhere. I'm going to attempt a 242lbs bench this friday or next monday.

I'll definitely get my bench filmed, even if I won't succeed at 242lbs I'll film 220lbs for how many reps I can do with it. My goal for the end of the year is benching 264lbs, deadlift atleast 4 plates and squat near deadlift. I thought of getting back into sprinting, still thinking about it.

That would be insane numbers for your heigh/weight/age!

You mean sprinting in a team? Like...your school team? If yes, I strongly encourage you to.

I mean sprinting like 60m and 100m, like Usain Bolt. My school doesn't have any teams..

    Today I did:

    Deadlift: 0x352lbs; 5x286lbs; 4x286lbs; 3x286lbs
    Barbell Rows: 3x6x154lbs
    Weighted Pullups: 3x8x33lbs
    Barbell Curls: 3x6x88lbs

My energy levels were below zero today, after the first few sets of deadlift, I was pretty much drained. Rows were exhausting, pullups were decent, but the curls were ****ing heavy. It's as if my strength levels have dropped say by 5%..

Comon man! I was expecting a 352 pull from you!

Srsly, good BB row. Better than last work out.

What are you going to attempt for your next work out?

Yeah decided to go heavier on barbell rows this time, trying to get my lats sore but as I see that won't happen.

Next workout is tomorrow, I think I'll bring my camera and film me doing 220 for how many I can, and if it goes well, I'll attempt 110kg.

I hope I can squat tomorrow, damn iliac muscle.

Those are not drop sets. I warmed up with 5x132lbs, 5x220lbs and 1x286lbs, after that I attempted 352lbs and failed, so I started doing my work series. I don't put down my warm up sets, but yes, I obviously do them.

    Seated Press: 3x8x88lbs
    Weighted Dips: 3x4x53lbs

Well, bench max attempt was a fail, 242lbs is really heavy. Squat was easy but uncomfortable due to my hurting iliac muscle. Dips were heavy too but I managed 4 reps with a 53lbs kettlebell.

    Today's bench videos: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=143296893

You should definately do more warmup sets, especially before a 1RM. Here is an ex. of a good warmup

    Bar x 12
    85 x 6
    115 x 5
    145 x 3
    165 x 1
    185 x 1
    205 x 5 workset

    Why?

Oh and I attempted 120kg bench today (that 110kg was actually 120kg, seems me and my buddies are retarded and can't count lol) instead of 110kg, THAT'S WHY IT FELT THAT ****ING HEAVY LOL.

Its stupid not to warmup properly, you get so many benefits from it and they only increase your performance. They fire up your CNS which is VERY important get all the muscles warmed and the joints lubricated. Plus you get to work on your form

Yesterday i did 5 warmup sets for deadlifts. The reason im only doing 5 is because i did squats and bench prior to them so i was already warmed up.

I don't only warmup with deadlift sets, I do dynamic stretches and stuff.

120 kg for reps!? Wtf man! I'm jelly, defenitely! Dont worry with your DL, it's going to skyrocket soon, i'm sure.

I kinda agree with Rasse. I dont know if it really fire your CNS and stuff, but I'm quite sure you will benefit from some extra WU sets. At least, give it a try for some work outs and see if you like it better. It takes more time, but I find it helps to get more psyched and to set the form down.

120kg was the one I failed at (I thought it was 110kg). I repped 100kg 3 times, not 120kg lol.

    Today I did:

    Power Snatch: 3x44lbs; 3x66lbs; 3x88lbs; 3x110lbs; 3x132lbs; 1x143lbs
    Snatch High Pull: 3x5x132lbs
    Weighted Pullups: 2x8x44lbs; 1x6x44lbs
    Dumbbell Curls: 3x5x50lbs
    Hanging Side Leg Raises: 3x10

Workout felt ****ing awesome today, maybe because I had a hangover(?) yesterday and felt like a turd, today I feel relieved and fresh! Rum and tequila, never again together! I'm not much of a drinker and party guy, was my second time getting wasted. Made a new PR at power snatch and curled them heavy 50's, felt good breh.

You're snatch is progressing well! You got a goal with them? What is a respectable snatch @ 152?

Lol @ getting wasted. Isn't illegal at your age XD? I thought americans were really strict on that. I dont like strong alcohol (vodka, rum, tequila, etc.)...it's too hard to gauge. When you think you're okay, in reality you are drunk as ****...and when you think you are quite drunk...well in reality you are really really really drunk I can't drink whiskey and vodka/orange anymore, the taste remind me too bad moments.

I'm not from USA lol, I'm from Europe and english isn't my native language. Well I didn't get like really smashed, I remember everything that happened. My goal at power snatch is to snatch my own bodyweight, which isn't that far actually. Yesterday when I heard the word alcohol that also made me feel really sick, but yeah, don't get the wrong idea, I'm not a drinker/party guy.

    EDIT: Picture of wheels.
