I take chromium picolinate to keep my sweet tooth at bay, have taken it for over a year and it really helps.

Pills are no good for giving up junk food.
Eventually you're going to come off them. But the junk food will still be there.

Willpower is the only way to go. Right now, you're telling yourself that junk food is something that you can't have. Psychologically, that rebounds into a craving. Train your mind to recognise that your body doesn't need it.
When you're strong enough you'll recognise that fact and then you'll be able to occasionally treat yourself.

It's all in the mind, dude. Physically, you don't need it. Mentally, you just need to toughen up.

Like these guys say willpower is the only way. if you get an overpowering will for something sweet tho ditch the chocolate and eat sugar free jelly its saved me from swaying a few times like 10 calories per 200g and sweet as hell the cravings go after that.
Tell me I can't, ill show you I can!

Really good advice. It was an awesome feeling for me when I got to the stage where I simply didn't want junk food. I'm now at the point where I don't even really enjoy a cheat all that much...
