The Hidden Wiki links are pretty tame (except for the CP stuff). A lot of those sites featured on the Hidden Wiki are just dens for internet hippies, libertarians, and people who like to say "Wow, look at me being on a .onion site!11!" As you can guess, most of it is bad for the simple reason that if it wasn't depraved or illegal, there would be no need to have it only be accessed through alternative means. Again, this is stuff that you really don't want to get involved in, like grossly illegal animal fights, human trafficking rings, and various other festering sores of depravity.
