how much peanut butter is enough

How do u measure a tablespoon of peanut butter? Do u use a big or small spoon for scooping peanut butter? Anybody know how to measure a tablespoon of peanut butter since it isn't liquid.

Another question. The oil located on top of natural peanut butter container, should I drain the oil or mix it with the peanut butter as directed on the label?

a tablespoon is the smaller spoon the one you use to eat cereal or w.e thats if you dont see silver at the bottom chances are thats a tablespoon. thats how you measure it. and you dont always measure liquids in TBSPs you need to read a book on measurements

    Mix the oil.

You don't need peanut butter, but how much is too much, there's the question.

Get a scale. A tablespoon is approximately 16g. If you want to know what your eating you have to weight your food. Measuring spoons are total crap. People always measure put more then i think.
