    ACL & Leg Workouts

    Hi all -

    I'm post recovery (1 year) from my second acl and meniscus tear. This one has hindered my workouts significantly more than the first one.

    I've found that compression pants helps with cardio, but still really struggling to do most leg exercises with any moderate amount of weight.

    I've tried compression sleeves and pullover braces, however, I struggle with them sliding off and hindering range of motion.

    Those who have been in my shoes - can you share your best practices with me?
