6) If unforseen circumstances arrise it is up to the reviewer to contact the company, not the other way around. Such circumstances will also need to be addressed with myself or another moderator if the Blacklist discussion is underway. Unforseen circumstances include those that would render the reviewer physically unable to continue his/her log (ie. extreme sickness, injury, etc.).

I did contact you and tell you about my situation, I will now contact a mod because I did not know I needed to also do that.

1. In 6 weeks, pwicks83 made no indication he planned to log further despite rules clearly saying to log everyday.

2. In 6 weeks, pwicks83 made no indication he planned to return product.

3. In 6 weeks, pwicks83 continued to post around the board saying "I had a good workout today"

4. In 6 weeks, pwicks83 was nominated for blacklist (while other reps nominate in 2 weeks)

Note: pwicks83 also applied to other promos

I actually continued to use the product while I was going through all of this. One of the stipulations for my wife telling me that she would think about coming back is if I would quit logging and pay attention to her more. I even explained to RyouBaka that her lawyer was watching my account to make sure I stop logging.

That's odd, because in the last 6 weeks I cannot find any posts of him applying for multiple promos or for that matter "I had a good workout" most of his posts were in the "Creatine Cycling" thread in sup misc, following TheMatzah in his log and a variety of Beta-Cret threads... The horror...

I forgot you're allowed to tell him how to deal with his personal issues.

Long posting but I wanted my side told.

First this is all just BS and I dont really care if you list me on your ban list, but here is my side.
First I never held back that I was running a test booster with AEN, I even said it would be cool to run them both together up to my show. Ergogenix jumped on that comment and told Spaz to send me a bottle. 2 days later I had heard from Spaz and got him my shipping info and he said the bottle would go out in the morning. All cool right. I am 5 weeks out at this point and if the bottles not coming I have to find a replacement.
plenty of shippintg time later Spaz posts that he has not mailed anything do to wanting more loggers. thats cool but now I'm getting nervous about prep time and its still not here (free or not if your gonna commit to something its then expected. If you have a car accident and need an ambulance and the dispatcher says its comming and you dont here back from the compay do you lie there dying or call another ambulance okay an extreme example I know )
On FB first I posted a couple hint style guestions about not getting it yet and hearing nothing I went back to BB.com and posted this

then Harry beasts asked and I posted here & even apologized for bringing it up.

Second Posting - No I'm asking what happened, I was told I was being sent a Bottle for my contest prep and then dead Everything is dead and nobody is responding in that thread and now I feel like I have been lied to.

after stating I had posted and emailed I was told in a nasty tone that there reps are on the boards all day then why could they just have answered my guestion whether the bottle had been sent.

then I get my hint postings deleted and that upset me that no one was going to answer me. and I posted this in response to well you should have handled it in PM (okay maybe but at that time I was upset and wanted to know why I was being disrespected)

then I decided if it ever did show up I would mail it back as I did not want to have any contact with these guys. Maybe this is all a misunderstanding and it could have been handled better by both parties but it wasnt. All I needed was a simple answer and all I got was complications. As for my posting looking to replace Ergoburn in Axis labs posting I simply and Politely explained and asked Diesel if I could run there fat burner as Ergogenix had not gotten mine out and I was running out of time. In those posts I never disrespected Ergogenix just said I did not think it was coming and I went back and deleted it after.

Since when is this disrespectful - Diesel I was awaiting an opportunity to log Ergoburn but so for they have not sent them out and its been 2 weeks, so here I am 5 weeks out of Muscle beach without a Thermogenic and in a panic and was hoping maybe you guys would let me log a bottle of Adipos X. Would be interesting to run this and my current log of APE to together and see what the old guy could accomplish in 5 weeks. Anyway thought I would ask

Then I responded with my post unaware I was breaking rules
and this was Johns cool reply explaining this.

No, I totally understand where you are coming from and I sympathize but you have to understand that a company giving you a product to log so they can see how that product will pretty much work as a standalone, because let's just say you add another company's product to it then in the end with your results how is anyone going to know which product did what, from a business perspective it's a conflict of interest type of thing.

As for spamming there FB and Twitter accts I posted on my FB page exactly what happened no lies no exaggeration and my anger feelings that I had been burned (maybe that was extreme ) now this was sent to my Twitter acct and I did not know it till I got an email saying Ergogenix had favorited one of "MY " postings (not on there accounts but mine) and when I saw this I deleted the post as It was on an open airwave not a private as it was on my FB acct. As stated earlier the only posts I posted on There FB page were little hints about not recieving the product as yet and being concerned I was running out of time.

And bitching and moaning lol. I just stated I felt like I was disrespected and Lied to. Come on peeps thats a long way from bitching and moaning.

If they have sent this bottle out which I dont beleive they ever did, I will be returning it on the day it comes in. Ergogenix has blown this out of proportion not I. As for being a product whore How many times this yr have I even tried to run a log for anyone, not often. I am going into a large show and the expenses for out of town travel are thru the roof and all I did was ask a couple Companies who's products I purchase year around to help get me over this last bit of contest prep as I have no sponsors only my own efforts. As for Ergogenix I asked them if they could help and they jumped at the opportunity and even said not to log it just write a review at the end for them. Just what was I to do at this point sit and wait till the last minute and not even be able to use the product.

Every rep on these boards that has been here more than a yr or 2 knows how well I log and how I am. This is rare and I always fulfill what I promise and what I say!

This no longer matters to me as I will not ever be asking anyone again, Period. This stands as my side of this sad story, The Big boys just handled this wrong and my pride and temperament was reactive.
