Take it as you want, but how can replenishing your glycogen levels after a workout, taking creatine in a healthy way, and having protein, glutamine and bcaas PWO be bad advice? lol

Dude, from your pics it looks like you are dialed in, so I don't doubt you know what works for you, but the above statements are just not correct.

How about a 200 lbs male? Do they need to take more than 5g? Or is it the same?

No, because more than likely 5 grams is already more than you need to maintain 100% fully saturated.

A 200 pound man would need to take 2.7 grams per day to maintain saturation.

Yes, biology degree. Superb. That degree indicates that there's a slightly higher probability that you know a few more things about nutrition than the layman. That's it. It doesn't mean anything else. It's like my previous doctor who advised my dad to stop mixing carbs with fat in order to lose weight.

Glutaime, BCAAs... seriously what a crap advice. No one "needs" those stuff. They're not necessary. And for most people, their glycogen is not completely depleted after a workout; it is for people who work out in a fasted state or work out several times a day.

How much do you weigh? How much muscle mass do you have? If you are 200 pounds then you should be taking at least about 7 grams a day. It is just as incorrect to say everyone needs 5 grams a day as saying everyone needs 2000 calories a day. It just doesn't make any sense at all. The key is loading up your body with creatine and maintaining that load in order to get the results. Make sure to look over studies rather than coming to forums.

Take at least 5 grams a day in general according to studies and you should be taking it every single day. But again, with increased weight, you should take more than 5 grams most likely.
