Hi everyone, this is my first post and I'm new to the forums! Iam having trouble finding out the facts from real people about an actual real supplement that actually works.. Hopefully I posted in the correct section on the forum, I searched the forum for this question and really couldn't find any real answers that I felt comfortable with. Well, I am 21 years old and I have noticeable belly fat and I guess you could say "man boobs". I am here to read from someone that can tell me if there is an excellent fat burner/supplement that actually works and that has noticeable effects quickly. I don't work out, which is obviously no ones fault but mine but I find it hard to when working everyday except Sunday 13 hours a day. I've found some fat burners that say they really work but that's bacially what every single one of them says..
I would really, honestley appreciate feed back on my question, thank you so much!

Personally, I don't believe therr is any real great otc fat burner. I think they're all bs and work.based upon the placebo effect or the fact that most ppl will buy them and start working out and eating healthier. The weight loss is coming from the diet and exercise and not the pill.
Best thing to do is clean up your diet. Eat less calories and get your calories and carbs from good sources. Start by writing down everything you put in your body during the day. Do this all week and figure up your nutritional intake. Start cleaning it up. You have time to improve, so even small changes over time are a huge help.

If you're not going to put the work in, then there isn't an over the counter substance that will help. An EC stack is about the best you can legally get OTC and it won't do much to help without getting the rest in order first.
Quit looking for a magic pill and just eat less/exercise. It's not that hard to do if you really want it.~Cody

no need for fat burners... don't expect your fat to come off in a matter of weeks
I've been cutting for 14months and i still have man boobs and a stomach yet i lost almost 100lbs...
you didn't gain that fat in a week so you won't burn it in a week
just eat below your maintenance workout 4-5times a week and lift heavy***Misc Lean Bulk Crew***
