I was thinking about that today, and I realized that I did all of that when I was in college.

Moral of the story is that we are all really hating on stuff a lot of us did prior. In other words, hating can be pointless

Old people that complain about the music being "to loud" or "inappropriate". Fukers got the radio taken away now unless theres a trainer there, and now we arent allowed to touch it.

- People that throw the weights around. If you are strong enough to get the weights up and rep them out, there's no reason why you can't control them and place them on the ground rather than just dropping them.

I dunno, at the end of my sets I don't really have the energy/strength to lower the DBs to the ground. I can do controlled reps but if you train to anywhere near failure, its a bit tough there broseph.

Saw this guy at the gym last night, Was doing deadlifts and literally dropping the bar once it got to the top (2 plates per side not like he was doing 4 plates) then he had his cell on speaker rocking his music for all of us to hear.

The guy at my gym who uses sponges as grips to do bent over rows with a 15lb bar...srs

The ******* who comes in everyday a half hour before closing to tan,talk to people and lift for maybe 15 minutes.
Girls with disgusting tans and tight as fukk booty shorts who are desperate for attention.
