    I ran CP at the same time as you did last year and it was awesome. I got 40-50 lbs out of it, and I failed the last session - it was sweet.

    There's a part of me that wants to do a 3 month sheiko / CP cycle but I seriously don't think my body can keep up with that and events training and the odd rugby game. Also not sure I have the gym time for sheiko right now.

    Finally got that stupid 800 tire. Medley was rough - finished, but had a drop on farmers and 2 on yoke. Did some pressing too but ny right shoulder was freaking out so I didn't go heavy - might be minor impingement. Hips feel like they're on fire. Back hurts. It's definily time for a real deload before getting back to 5x5.

    Only logging work sets. Squats are beltless for now. Everything felt easy and fast tonight.

    I'm getting into yoga (or at least planning to) over the next few months. I've been having nagging injuries and pains. I haven't been actively stretching/rolling as much as I would like. Looking to incorporate yoga 2-4 times a week. Bout a few DVDs off Amazon.

    I'd like to go to yoga more, but the classes I go to tends to be at inconvenient times so if I make it 2x in month I'm doing good. My flexibility is awful lol. It's actually a pretty good rehab/prehab/recovery method apart from all the other benefits. Let me know how you like the tapes - I've only ever done it in a studio or other group setting.

    No belt.

    Squats felt good, last rep was a grinder. Bench felt good. Cleans felt ragged for the first two sets, then I straight up missed two reps so I dropped 10% and finished. Not sure if I programmed these too aggressively or if I was spent from squats or if the callous I tore yesterday was to blame (that was hurting like crazy on cleans) or I was distracted or just weak on cleans today or any other number of excuses but the fact is I missed and couldnt finish my cleans. Grr.

    Pretty pumped on 5x315 beltless - I don't really track rep pr or belt/no belt pr or whatever but this is by far the heaviest beltless set I've ever done and is pretty close to the heaviest belted 5 I've ever done.

    Squats beltless. 4th set hardest. Everything went better than expected. Bench felt ok. Subbed rows for cleans because my shoulder has really been bothering me. Will still cleans on day 3.

    Squats were heavy and felt like it. First three reps were clean and fast. Fourth happened. Cut the last one a bit high so sort of pissed. Still no belt. This was a repeat of last weeks cleans because I missed reps.
