Nothing cuts my appetite, but for about 2-3 hours I cant stand to eat on Super HD. I added 500mg of Acetyl L-carnitine to it, and I am feeling quite alright. Motivated and getting work done, and I didnt eat the brownies sitting on the counter!! If I buy the ingredients my gf will bake for me win!

Hey @MikeCellucor...I'm receiving a bottle of this from your guys' Twitter giveaway for voting for Cellucor in the Shorty Awards. My question is this: To help maintain my strength/muscle while on a cut, can I take 1-2 Super HD in the AM (I wake up at 12:30AM for work), then C4 preworkout(10:00 AM), or do you suggest one Super HD when I get up and another HD preworkout instead of the C4? Thanks for your time man!

Im not Mike, but id like to think i know a thing or two about our products

to be honest with you, i think 2 caps of Super HD will be more than enough caf. for one day. but if you are pretty tolerent to stims and can handle all that caf. in one day, then you can go ahead and do that, but keep in mind that will be around 460 mg of caf. per day. thats kind of pushing it.

from experience i can tell you that i got a pretty good burst of energy when i took a cap of HD about 30 min. prior to working out. so if i were you i would try to just take one upon waking, like first thing in the morning, then one pre workout. thats how i dosed it, and it worked pretty well for me!

Great ! I was hoping so cause after next week I may have to be away from home for a week.don't think I have to worry now. Oh and I've already had 500 mg caffeine today....need it to keep me running. I feel over the past few years I've become more tolerant to it with all the preworkouts n stuff.

Ill tell you one thing for sure, it wouldn't be the smartest idea to stack all 3. they are all pretty stimulant heavy, with exception to C4. 1 pill HD has 160 mg caf. 1 pill D4 has 150 mg, 1 scoop C4 has 135 mg.

i would personally just try HD by itself, it should give you more than enough energy. Its really up to you and how stim tolerant you are. you will have to make the decision for yourself, but please be careful with the stims!

Lol jk bro 1 serving is 2 pills spread out through the day.
I take mine in the morning and 1 in the afternoon

I say u start with just one and see how u feel by the afternoon and if u can handle another.
