Weight Progress
Broke 190lbs with this Friday's weigh in, which officiall marks another record weight for me, as well as finally breaking the 190lb mark.
Final goal weight will be to break 200lbs.
This will not be my stopping point however (at least not at the moment/current condition).
Likely am going to try and push upwards of 210-215 before considering starting a serious contest prep this time around.
I figure at that top weight, I would likely be sitting somewhere around 180-185lbs at stage condition...which will be massive, compared to where I would have been had I continued my previous attempt at prep (likely would have ended around 160-165).

So I just wanted some advice and post my 11 months of lifting.
This is the place I've found posters to be honest without insulting.
So I started my weight loss journey on 1/1/2014. Here is the horrible before pic. I apologize it's pretty gross.
I spent the first three months dieting and not really knowing what I was doing, trying to learn in this nutrition section and going for walks. I pretty much wasted these 3 months. In March 2014 I got my act together, started counting macros and following a program in the gym, maybe not the best way to start but I was doing P/P/L rest repeat, as I wanted to be there 6 days a week. My current avi is from the 7/2014 just prior to starting a bulk.
11 months later I am there 6 days a week following the same routine, with a few alterations as well as yoga.
The first pic is the 2/1/15 with christmas and new years gains, the second is the 30/1/15, the third 3/2/15 on my 5th day in ketosis. I started a ketogenic diet on 30/1/15 to try and lose a bit more fat before I go my holiday on the 25/2/15. I am hoping I don't add to much fat on the trip. (my abs are distorted, such a mess)
My current weight is 88kg/194~LBS (dropped a bunch of water weight from ketosis) and measurements are:
Waist 30.5"
Shoulders 48" ~
Chest 41"
Quads 23"
Arms 14"
Calves 14"
My core lifts are the following (I don't do conventional deadlift, only SLDL which isn't included here):
DB Bench (train alone feel more comfortable): 42kg/96~LBS 3 x 5
1RM BB Bench (when I get a spot for safety): 102.5kg/226~LBS
1RM Squat (parallel): 142.5kg/315~LBS or 3 x 5 120kg/265~LBS
MP: 3 x 5 60kg/132~
Weighted pullups: 10kg/22lbs 3 x 6
I am thinking I will probably need to cut for 2-4 weeks once I arrive back from my holiday. I ruined my bulk last time by being a dreamer, mistakes are made and learned from so I am anxious about bulking again. A body fat estimate would be appreciated.
Does anyone have any advice or words of wisdom that may help with my journey? Had a weird water day the other day, dropping about 4.5-5lbs over night and felt really dry yesterday morning during training.
Probably the tightest/leanest I've felt over 180lbs (weighed in at 184).
