    My journey to get abs CKD log

    Hello everyone. my name is sam i will be posting what i do in my keto diet here. please leave comments if you guys have any advice or if you just want to give some motivation

    i am currently 164 lbs. 5'10 and around 17-18% body fat. i started working out about 3 weeks ago. my weight back then was over 175 lbs.

    2 days ago i came across keto and it sounded awesome. now i am going to try to follow this diet.

    my starting measurements:

    Neck: 15"
    Waist: 35"
    Hips: 35"

    my maintenance is 2,200cal. i do a deficit of 500cal which leaves me with 1700cal. my macros are 65%/30%/5%.

    Supplements I take

    morning:
    2g fish oil
    1pak Animal Pak

    lunch:
    2g fish oil

    dinner:
    2g fish oil

    Pre-workout:
    Jack3d 2scoops

    Post WO:
    1 scoop ON Whey choco
    (i have some dextrose at hand and i am unsure if I should add it during my induction phase)

    I am currently thinking of adding a creatine or xtend to my stacks

    today i noticed that after working out for an hour i feel so weak and sleepy. it was hell for me to go home because i have to walk 30 mins from the gym. after i got home i was too lazy too cook so I just ate what my mom made, some curry. i didnt check if this was allowed in keto because i was too sleepy. I hope this doesn't kick me out of ketosis

    ure lucky ive got to walk 60 min from my gym (4mile) to get home, after leg day it HELL, theres a **** load of stairs and a 500m slope gotta walk down , lol.

    I think 2200 may be high and i think your over estimating a bit there, what calculator did you use, dont use the on on bb.com it says mine is like 3300.

    from my experience curry is usaly full of sugar, srry
