I am eating 8oz of cooked chicken breast 3x a day. I would like to know how much calories is in that 8oz chicken as well as the protein too. How did you calculate it?

30 calories per oz. with 7.6 grams of protein. Multiply those by 8 for total of 240 calories and 60.8 grams of protein.
Google was mentioned..do that for all the foods you eat and create a list with carbs too. evrytime you introduce a new food into your diet, put it on the list. That will make things alot easier.

Alot depends on how its prepared, did you take all the skin off of it and bake it in the oven? Or coat it in butter and breadcrumbs and fry it up? Drench it in lemon butter sauce? Marinate it in BBQ sauce? Or open a can of already cooked chicken breast?
All these methods can change the nutritional value of your food.
