I was on patrol a few nights ago and was at the Shell station filling my shaker cup and had a buddy along looking for a snack. So I began to browse some and stumbled across what I think is the most unhealthy thing in the store. An iced honey bun with 165% of your daily saturated fat needs, 33g! That is outrageous. How in the world could you look at that and eat it?

This may shock you, but the names of the foods you eat do not determine the outcome of your diet and nor does the frequency of your feeding.
What determines the outcome of your diet is caloric balance and micro/macronutrient sufficiency.
