    omg!

    I was on patrol a few nights ago and was at the Shell station filling my shaker cup and had a buddy along looking for a snack. So I began to browse some and stumbled across what I think is the most unhealthy thing in the store. An iced honey bun with 165% of your daily saturated fat needs, 33g! That is outrageous. How in the world could you look at that and eat it?

    What the government tells you is too much saturated fat is a load of bull**** just FYI. Lets keep cutting out fats necissary for brain function and proper hormone production and keep on spiking our insulin on 300g recommended carbs. Genius!! -.- USA gov. ftw

    Doesn't saturated fats boost your test levels?

    Also op that's probably 165% of the total saturated fat of someone on 2kcalorie diet. My maintenance often gets over 5k so for someone like me it would be only 50.
