    Hey Guys, Im posting this on behalf of Joe who will be in here shortly.

    Joe strongly believes in dedication, discipline and determination. He believes that if you want something bad enough it will happen. People have always told Joe “you can’t have it all.” His response, “I have a wonderful family, a successful career in law enforcement and a pro bodybuilding status. I have it all and I am still going for more.” Not only is Joe an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, he is also a certified trainer, advance sports nutrition specialist and a certified Navy Seal fitness instructor. Currently, when not competing, Joe works with the tactical S.W.A.T team unit in New York.

    Hey joe,
    I just started my first cut(220 lbs) and I'm wondering if you have any advice you could give me to hit around 9% bodyfat(currently low to mid teens), taking in about 300g of protein a day, less than 200g carbs and 60 fats =2500 cals a day. Training 5-6 days, should I throw some cardio in there as well? If so, what time should I do it, I usually weight train after 8pm. I was also thinking about ec stack but I'm not 100% there yet. I just want to keep all my muscle n just shed pure fat, what can you recommend?

    Supplements taking are just whey, vita c, vita e, vita b, calcium, omega 3:6:9, apple cider vinegar

    Hi Hope, here is some important info (especially for women); It is a B-complex vitamin needed by the body to manufacture red blood cells. A deficiency of this vitamin causes certain types of anemia (low red blood cell count).....
    ....here is some food that contain Folic Acid; leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, beans (legumes), and whole grains. Folic acid is added to foods that are labeled "enriched," such as: Breakfast cereals, Breads,Flours,Pastas,Cornmeal,White rice......

    Hi Hope, its no tricks, i dont crave much of junk food, i usually eat good all year around and i do include some type of cardio, when im not dieting for a b.b. show or photo shoot i basically increase my carb intake,( i remember Jay Cutler saying that he does the same thing)this helps me stay close to when i need to get cut up, staying with in the range of 20 to 25 pounds from contest weight is the key to getting that sharp hard look, i like to get shredded,paper thin skin look....
    besides staying somewhat lean is a lot healthier for your body, some guys get confused with the idea of bulking up and instead they get fat...train safe, train smart, train to win.....
