I feel that. It's a solid recipe, when I make one of the cakes I tend to make them like 6 days in a row haha. They are good for breakfast or snacks too, slam some PB or whatnot.
I'll get the recipe and send it to you

Damn sorry I haven't got the recipe to you yet. I'll get on that, PM me. Also I will say ahead of time I highly recommend buying some powdered egg whites. I've used NOW brand egg white protein as well as honeyville brand egg white powder. Makes the recipe much cheaper and you don't waste yolks.

Anyways, fluffs have been strong using cumminslifters recipe
    6gxanthan
    20g GNC chocolate casein
    Couple tbsp cocoa powder
10oz of Zevia cream soda mixed with cashew milk
Added some cheesecake and almond extracts, coconut extract has also been great

Never fluffed it but I have had samples of every flavor. Great taste in water, but it does mix a bit on the thinner side so not too sure how it would fluff.

I just made a 3 ingredient protein fluff using

    -- 4 egg whites
-- 130 g strawberries (started frozen/clumped, I warmed them to dethaw but they came out warm/hot)
    -- 6 packets sweetener

    Macros came out to 135 calories, 15p, 17c, 1f

This pic was at about the 7 minute mark on medium:

    10 minute mark

After 13 minutes I shut it off. The 3 L bowl was almost filled.

It fills you up like nothing else, omg. I think I can survive the final stretch of my cut now

Glad I didn't even need the powder as I think eggs are cheaper than whey or casein powder.

After about 5 hours with this stuff I can say it fills your stomach but not your mind. I guess you need calories or caffeine for that.

Still it's a good partial fix, another strong cutting tool.

That's because you're not doing it right. If you use a strong/tasty protein like PES snickerdoodle, some stevia and/or sugar free jello powder, caramel extract, diet rootbeer and xanthan gum you'll get a product that tastes a million times better than that horrendous fluff you just made haha.

I haven't posted in a while, but I absolutely love my protein fluff eating most every night. I'll share an observation. I've been using Great Value's soy milk recently (having successfully used both skim and whole milk too). I switched brands of soy milk recently (8th Continent brand) but I concurrently switched to ~10g of cook-n-serve pudding with sugar (a temporary switch due to availability). I kept blaming the pudding when it would NOT fluff AT ALL . . . let's just say that I have drank many protein shakes lately ;-)

Last night after having another disaster, I immediately made the same recipe but reverted to some skim milk that I had and--voila--PROTEIN FLUFF!

Another observation for those that like to use add-ins: Frosted Cheerios, Strawberry Cheerios, and ginger snap cookies have all been amazing additions lately!

And I've been freezing my fluff for 30-40 minutes or so and it tastes like soft serve ice cream . . . delicious!!!

Wait . . . wut? I don't think my Walmart carries it, but I'll look closer next time. And reps on spread (unbelievable)

If anyone is interested, my recipe is:

    50g of Phase 8 vanilla
    10g of sf/ff vanilla pudding
    130g of milk
two banana popsicles (dbl popsicles so 4 popsicles I suppose)
A couple squirts of sf vanilla coffee syrup
    spenda to taste
*macros are 44c, 33p, 4f and 344 cals . . . not low cal, but it makes a hyoooge bowl of "goodness"

Mix on high for 5 minutes and then eat as pudding or freeze for 30 minutes more and eat as soft serve ice cream. My favorite add-ins at the moment are crushed Frosted Cheerios and ginger snaps.

    Devolving fluff?

I made my first batch of Phase8 Chocolate Fluff tonight. I used the same basic formula of mine except for chocolate SF/FF pudding. It was fluffing just great and quick, too. I normally let my vanilla fluff for nearly 5 minutes, but the chocolate was looking good after just two. It was right around then that I added 1-2 tbs of peanut butter. I turned my attention to something else, and then about 1-2 minutes later, my wonderful "fluff" had turned into a MILKSHAKE!?!?

Anyone else experience this? I'm assuming that the PB caused the mishap, but has anyone successfully added PB to their fluff recipe?

I made it tonight without the PB and it fluffed fine. Lesson learned.

Is trutein cinnabun made differently now? I'm not seeing casein listed on ingredients label. About to place an order, but i don't want it if it's not going to work in fluff haha.

edit: and by ingredients label, i mean the ingredients on bb.com and on the trutein site. other flavors specifically say "casein".

Bumping this question again because I might buy it once again. Last time I bought the peanut butter cookie flavor instead because I wasn't sure if the cinnabun would fluff well.

Discovered that all mixers are not created equal. I was given a Sunbeam and it's not only a lot quieter than my old one (can't recall the mfr of it), but it takes a fraction of the time to fluff. The sunbeam came with two bowls: one large and one that's smaller. The bowl rotates so quickly with the large one that the ingredients are slung to the sides and would never fluff. With the smaller bowl, the fluff is ready in under two minutes . . . my old mixer took seven minutes

For anyone who cares, this new PES Peanut Butter Cookie fluffs like crazy. Taste isn't as sweet as Snickerdoodle, but it's pretty damn good.

Indeed! PES fluffs just as food as most casein whey's.
