Well depends on the flavour, which is why I posted. Snickerdoodle is not great. This new one is the best I've tried for making fluff and I've had em all.

Sorry bruh but no haha. For instance, from my experience peanut butter cookie > Cookies and cream > bloodie > snickerdoodle. But even for a Sunday I should have better things to do than debate over protein fluff, so I'll just stop.

I'm new to this forum and I just heard about this recipe about a week ago.

My first try was a complete blunder.

I use 25 grams of egg white protein powder, 1 egg white, 3/4 cup of whole milk, 2 tbsp of vanilla peanut butter powder, and 1 tbsp of Hershey's dark chocolate powder.

Has anyone tried using egg white protein powder with success?

So I finally made a successful batch.

I used this recipe from Cumminslifter, with an increase in protein:

    40g Casein
    6g xanthan gum
    10oz milk

For all the ruckus I've been reading across online about this stuff being so filling. Mine WASN'T.

When I was done I wasn't the least bit full. How disappointing. What went wrong?

Protein fluff or not... 40g casein + 10oz milk and you don't feel "the least bit full"? Good luck with that.

Weird, isn't it? It's quite the opposite of filling. It's very very light.

Like eating air. How is this filling???

Drinking 10oz of liquid isn't exactly a lot of volume or weight... and it's zero fiber.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

2/2 attempts to make fluff with whey have been successful. Yesterday, I followed the lean gains recipe (can't link yet) with frozen strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries and added in .5 tsp of xantham gum. I also poured in some blended ice towards the end.

Today, I went with a bunch of blended ice, a small amount of milk (~1.4 fl oz), serving of whey protein, 1/2 tsp of xantham gum, 1/2 tsp of cacao, ~8g of defatted peanut flour, and 2 drops of monk fruit. Added in some extra blended ice towards the middle. Came out pretty good! I can see how it would be better (denser) with casein, but the whey worked find.
