Nice job on the 315#. I haven't deadlifted in a while myself. I was supposed to today, but I wussed out.

Well due to my technological woes, there isn't a video. Or at least not today.
Overall I gave Beta-Cret a 7/10. My recommendation is that if you like to mess around with different preworkouts and want to try one that's not stimulant based, go ahead with this. I gave it a 7 only because based on the ingredients and the claims I think it is capable of doing what it says, even though it didn't work for me (maybe i have some weird tolerance or something). It mixed phenomenally it tastes even better. I like the company and I appreciate the opportunity.

Energy-3/10
Overall-7/10Athletics > Aesthetics
