Nice, just working on a 90' 4runner for a DD/occasional trail rig. Bone stock for now, I just want some decent tread, some trail friendly suspension and some new springs ala Zuk mod to bring the rear back up. We'll see where she goes from there.
Oh no you di'nt!
While I'd be willing to bet this has been "The Rant" longer, I'm somewhat partial to the last one as it's really more applicable. We don't rant these days, we just string together posts regarding unfortunate events/situations.At the revolution school the other weekend a guy walked into the second classroom session late, sweating profusly, hair straight up with dirt all over him. He sat down, raised his hand and said: "please explain brake fade to me". -CSG @Corral.net

I am so upset with how much was posted today while I wasn't around.
Bloomingdale's sucked. I quit. I took a temp office job. It's better, but I'm in prime position to be caught by the partners if I dilly dally onlineThe question is not "who is going to let me," it's "who is going to stop me?"

Morning.
What happened to Simpy's thread? - Nevermind I found the old one. Guess that one was maxed out.
And TGIF. My hubby's car got fixed and I didn't have to take him to work this morning, which means I got to sleep in to 6AM. Woot!

I put my faith in the people, but the people let me down, so I turned the other way I carried on anyhow.

Warning: Shameless Mom bragging ahead
I got this letter from Mike's principal yesterday:
I am writing to offer my congratulations on Michael's selection for "Student Recognition" for the second quarter. Michael was nominated by Mrs. E*** for High Standards in the Classroom in Language Arts. High Standards shows academic "investment" and/or improvement in achievement. The student shows effort and interest above and beyond the requirements and/or significant improvement in effort and interest in daily work.
In the nomination Mrs. E*** says the following about Michael:
"Michael puts forth a great deal of effort into his in-class and outside of school writing. He has a gift for writing thoughtful poetry. I strongly encourage Michael to continue writing poetry, develop his skills with other writing genres, and enter his poems into writing contests. It's a pleasure to read his writing and be his Language Arts teacher."
Michael's picture is on display in the building.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794
