I remember an episode on Hogan Knows Best were the Hogans were thinking about getting it done.
A couple folks at the gym had recently lost 10kgs over 2 weeks and I asked them what did they
do/change with their diet or routine and floored me when they said they had colonic irrigation.
The lady at subway I go to had it done too and liked the results.
For 5 years from 2005-2010 ( when my weight went from 100-175kgs),
I had thought there would be heaps of gunk in my system from eating crappy foods.
After thinking about it for a long while I finally went and got it done yesterday.
The colonic lady was rather hot too, so that made things feel slightly more comfortable.
After the 1 hour procedure I felt less bloated, and lost 1kg. I had been on a decent diet and loads
of fibre for the last 18 months, hence not allot of weight loss.
I had noticed my eyes feeling allot better and looking VERY clear, must be rid of any bad toxins I had in my system.
Apparently I need to cut down on the bread in my diet, (bread and milk are my vices) and also swap the tuna for salmon.
Anybody had it done before? What were the results? Much weight loss/other benefits?

Lol, that's just funny. But, I know a girl at work that goes on a fruit diet for a bout week once every month and she says she feels refreshed to start drinking and eating junk again. But she says it cleans her out and she feels less bloated. I didn't ask for any more details I was curious as to why she ate a fruit everytime I seen her on break or lunch one week lol.

Eating a clean diet for a while now.
I wasn't expecting a big loss after eating clean and training hard for nearly 18 months.
Surprised at how clear my eyes are after getting that done yesterday though.
The subway lady, I speak to often she gets personal training from my 2nd cousin who competes in IFBB comps. State/National level.-80 kgs in 15 months.

Thanks for clarifying this.
All I can say is, I feel great and my eyes have noticeably improved from this.
I didn't notice much of a weight change, 1kgs but 3 others I know that have it done lost 5-10kgs in a 2 week period.
Apparently Biggest Loser contestants get regular colonics too.-80 kgs in 15 months.
