Im doing keto on 2500 cals (50,45,5)
big 3s i have no idea but
i can deadlift 425 for 1
squat 405 for 3
bench 315 for 6

I'm cutting too but I'm hitting 3000 per day on lifting days and 2800 on days I don't lift. What you're doing is definitely working. Strong lifts too!!Originally Posted by NoCelltech
