Day 51 Workout: Deadlift Focus

Ab Work
tried a wider stance today, made the lift weirder but felt better. More focus on the glutes rather than lower back now. was hoping for 11 for the 2 rep increase again, but 10 is good
some more noodity (left out my most muscular and back double bicep shots. took the pictures today seeing as its another off day )

happier about this one ! depth felt so much better, since i also feel more flexible. last time when I got 115 x 10 i feel form wasnt great in comparison to yesterday. also im amazingly DOMSd by this, feelsgoodandbadman. my head is also really getting back into it which is great

Woo! feeling bipolar up in this bish with all my good days and bad days! but hey this was great! i really felt like i learned something from this session about how to come into a workout. after dem shiitty deads, i came in with a mixture of excitement and anger, and it was the best ive ever felt. got keep this running!

WOO! happy with 3, and I was SO close to 4 as well.. I missed lockout by like an inch dammit.
this was so much better than 165 x 5 last week.. haha
was so relieved.
so close to 4 plates now! only a couple more weeks... haha
EDIT: have to mention. 1rm for squat/bench/deadlift is definitely over the 3 plate/2 plate/ 4 plate now!

woo! i really focused on form today. i figured out what i was doing wrong. I watched the serious of "so you think you can Squat" and realised that my head wasnt staying up at all. i think i mightve looked down sometimes. rookie mistake but its all fixed now! and 130 squat was boist for me

Had to walk for like an hour and a half straight after this workout to the lunch and then had to play footy with a bunch of kids after being pressured into. my legs are killing me. and to make it worse there wasnt much food.

bah this was annoying in a way. there was nothing wrong with my strength. I just couldnt keep grip of the the bar. legit feel like I couldve pulled 10. but 3 times on the 8th rep I got half-three quarters of the way up then the bar would just slip out of my hands.
frustrated the hell out of me.
i guess also having done this after a 2 and a half hour maths exam mightve ucked me over a little bit too haha.
