H!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've really missed you and I think about you all the time!!! I'm so glad you're doing well! I need to e-mail you and we can catch up on everything! Grad school must be so rewarding though. I loved university! So proud of you for taking all of that on and finding a good balance with your family life ... and keeping up in the gym too! That's so awesome!

Another ninja post! I had to put the certification stuff on the back burner. It was getting to be too much to work 11 hours at work every day and then come home and study. Brain = fried. Hopefully I can pick it back up again one of these days.

Does anyone know what's going on with the new avi's? I've been trying to upload some pictures and now there are size requirements ... like giant sized and then they're like "Oh, but you can only show this much of your picture in your avi" Why can't my entire picture be my avi? avistupid.jpg

Damn those bent over (heehe) rows are coming along swimmingly! You don't see a ton of ladies over here doing over 100 too often. Nice legs btw! And mirin' cabinets lol.
Hahaha I know that feel! I would say edit them down in size first in photobucket but I can't get that to work either! When you take a pic maybe leave a larger margin/background around you than you need so the unimportant parts will be cropped out by bb.com. Agreed 100% their pic system has gotten to wtf levels. BRB can send humans to outter space, BRB can do face transplants now, BRB iphones, BRB can't make website upload lil 1" pic for people efficiently... I need some deviled eggs to calm me.

Thanks, double J!!! My legs have been my nemesis for as long as I can remember. I'm somewhat strong in the leg dept, but they just weren't showing anything but flub....no definition at all. I remember when I was considering competing my trainer was like "Uh, Swoosh ... your legs are way small ... not sure if we can get them up to par" I don't know what happened ... I just kept persevering and shur nuff .... quadage and hammage and buttage showed up!!!!

Dear Newbies of LAFitness .... I very nicely explained to all of you that locker #7 belongs to me. ME!!! So I was not expecting to walk into the locker room today and see it being used. I don't want locker #5 or locker #9 ... I want #7 ... it is mine. I've decided to have a little blingy plaque engraved to stick on locker #7 that says "Reserved for Swooshie's Sh!t" "Keep Out"
