Can't comment. Daily smokers are dumb as hell. I can't say I mind hookah much. It's still tobacco but the percent of it is tiny compared to dried fruit or whatever they use.

everyone is different though and i have never been good at moderation

its like the story where if you put a frog in water and immediately turned it boiling it would jump out, but if you slowly turn the heat up it won't notice the change until its boiling already, and just how people slowly gain a pound here and a pound there until one day they are like "fuaaaaark i'm fat"
