Just got a membership where do I go from here?

I'm a beginner as you can see,

I've been trying to to gain muscle and definition, lately but seems I haven't took the correct approach!

    Age: 15
    Height: 6'2
    weight: 170 lbs
    ---------------
    Biceps: 12.5 in
    Forearm: 10 in
    Chest: 35 in

I don't have any program I follow, I do a lot of cardio! Such as cycling, basketball, etc., I have a weight bench and I do minor exercises, I can only bench around 115, so I pretty weak! Just yesterday, I went and got a GYM membership, My question is where do i go from here? Im looking to get bigger arms, legs, chest, and definition!

    - It'd be great if someone could give me some pointers, or a program (Free) to follow that's realistic.

    * Thanks!!

Eat 1g of protein per 1lb of bodyweight.
    Sleep 8hrs a day.
Follow the program "babylover's starting strength".
    Eat at a caloric surplus.

If you want to gain muscle mass you should avoid excess cardio and activity, maybe take some creatine and a hydro lizard protein post workout.

I do take creating (Pills) before activities.

I've done quite a bit of research lately, and found out that I need to eat a lot more. Also I need to push heavier weight to challenge my muscles even if its less reps.

    Is this true?
