lol at these weights frank zane was like 180 in contest shape. so he'd be 190 at like 10% maybe? lol. do u guys realize how much muscle that is? look at my avi and that's 160 lbs right? well now think of 30 lbs of muscle. im not talking about the ****gy weight u teens put on in your growth spurts which involve all kinds of tissue since you're growing but PURE MUSCLE MASS, imagine it in terms of steaks if u want. well 30 lbs of LEAN muscle mass is an enormous amount and i'll never gain that without copious amount of cell tech.
id be happy losing maybe 2-3% more bf and gaining 5 lbs more mass. lets be realistic brahs.
OP i'd say 165 shredded at 5'9" is great.

it's a hyperbole since steak has a LOT of fat and water mass.
no reference point but 6 of those.
so yea ive probably not even gained a total of 30 lbs of pure muscle from the day i started lol.

One pound of muscle may appear to be the size of baseball.
gl gaining 30 baseballs more.Last edited by transformation2; 02-05-2012 at 01:52 AM.
