I started out weighting over 300lbs. I grew up much of my childgood a big kid. After I went to college, I was able to eat the way I wanted to and didn’t have the negative family food influence. I was then able to lose 150lbs through hard training and dieting. I Bulked back up to 194, now its time to get shredded!
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
It very hard to set training schedule with my job. I do train 5-6 days per week and use a push/ pull type of routine. It usually works out that I train with weights 4 days per week and cardio 3 times per week. It really depends on the exercise room the hotel offers. When I am home I do a Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulder/Legs routine do to the fact that I have a full power rack setup home.

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
This is another tough one to answer because I spend most of my time at an airport. One thing is for sure is I do aim for 190 Grams of protein. The carbs and fats goal usually depends on the type of training day. If I am lifting, I tend to carb up a little more. If I am just doing cardio, then a lower carb/ high fat day is in store. I usually never drop below 70G of fats per day.

Just played baseball in middle school and high school.

Training experience (TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !): Lifting on and off for about 5-6 years. Started when I trained for high school football. Stopped training and drank and ate late night food up to 225 lbs my sophomore year in college. Cut down to 171 last summer and then bulked up to 186 this winter. Currently cutting down for spring break. I bust my ass in the gym everyday and will give honest feedback. I have experience with multiple thermogenics (hydroxycut, EC, Yohimbine, etc)I am looking forward to being able to log this product.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): Workout 7 days a week. Rotate Chest/Shoulders, Back, Core, Arms, Legs. I don't take off days unless I feel overtrained or something comes up in my schedule. I love the feeling of being in the gym. Also I play intramural soccer, basketball and football during the week. Half marathon training will be coming to an end and I am competing in my first half marathon on the 19th.

I been training since I was a teenager. I finished cutting and I need a product to jumpstart this early winter cut. I am looking to lost at least five to ten pounds along with adding in more quality foods in my diet.
