After my leg workout I went upstairs in the rec at my uni to do some weighted cable crunches/other ab work. I was doing a little circuit of different exercises and after I was finished with my second to last set of weighted cable crunchs, I went over and grabbed a heavy dumbbell and did some side bends (dunno wtf the real name of this exercise is called), while i was doing this I was not keeping an eye on my cable station. When I returned to my station I went to grab the rope and use my body weight while I got on my knees (har har) but someone adjusted the weight from the max (170lbs) all the way up to 20lbs, and I nearly just collapsed when I grabbed the rope and went down. I turn around to see if anyone saw me (hoping not) and this random girl (7/10, not bad) was like 20ft behind me laughing hysterically with a "I just trolled the fuk out of you" look on her face. Obviously she did it on purpose because I had a mat down at the station so it was clear there was someone working there. I was not mad at all, actually impressed.

Unfortunately no digits for me. I would of probably tried if I wasn't currently taking 5 classes and working on all my cap stone requirements for my degree. Besides training, I have no time for anything besides training, eating, bathing, surfing the nmisc when I need a break, and 5-6hrs of sleep. Not complaining though, I work best at 100mph.
OP is a *******, and she didn't even look like she lifted so it wouldn't of worked anyway
