G'day fellow OV35's friends....
some of you may be aware of my 4 month journey to be in the best shape possible by my 50th Birthday.... well I made it and to mark the occasion I had a photo shoot at my gym on the day.....I'm currently posting the pics on my BB.com gallery.... check my gallery for more
here are a couple.... I've exceeded my expectations and am now being encouraged to compete. Not sure about that yet.... but I'm certainly on a motivational high right now:

It annoys me that I already have ten people in my 'people who inspire me list' because you should be on there. (serious)
I've always been impressed/inspired by what you achieved, but you obviously took things to the next level. The fact that you were over 40 when you started makes it even more impressive to me.
You should be really proud of what you've accomplished.
I agree with Flex. You look way bigger than 145!
That side tri shot is ridiculous. There will come a day when I tire of listening to 80's music. That day is not today.

I'm headin to 50 in the fall, and I would be happy to look the way that you do, my question is, how do you feel? I know that the shear sense of accomplishment is great but how bout your energy levels? I know that mine has declined in the last few years, so I'm wondering when you get to that level of fitness do you have the energy you did when you were younger?
Congratulations on the discipline for your acheivement.

It's been said already many times, but I'll say it anyhow - totally amazing!! I am so impressed - what you have accomplished is so inspirational. I expect to be in the best shape of my life when I hit 50, but it sure won't be anything like you.
Oh yeah - compete! Do it!Peace: Lift Long and Prosper!

You look great. You have good shape and porportion.
You should seriously consider competing. No brain, no gain.
