    Zma

    Has anyone tried this?

For those that did, do you strongly believe that this pill works in increasing your strength and rapidly helping you go up in weight? What brand would you recommend?

Also, why can't one take the ZMA pills with calcium? Can anyone back up with a scientific reason, if possible?

It keeps me asleep (doesnt put me to sleep though) out and I get maximum rest in a smaller amount of time.

I think one of the ingredients (zinc or the mg) are recieved through the same receptors as calcium so if calcium is prevalent in your system the other ingredient cant land in them. thats how i heard it explained.

    I hope that helps

Wow, you're pretty big for a 14 y/o. I think you would have a real good chance at a professional bodybuilding competition.

Haha, that's true but I think you weigh more than Arnold when he was 14 since Arnold started at around 16 or 17..

I dont see why taking it for that purpose is a joke, unless the claims about ZMA's benefits are false? ZMA is supposed to boost test levels and provide deeper sleep as a side. Higher test would obviously result in more muscle mass and strength.......wheres the joke?

reason why you cant take zma with calcium is becuase it will mess up with absorbtion. i mean you will absorb it, but not all of it, or very slowly.

and yea it will help you with your strength and size, but it wont help u gain weight rapidly.
Any wieght gained rapidly is with a lot of fat/water
