What are some good finishing moves for chest and arms with band, dumbbells or barbells? I used to use cables for crossovers, rows, curls and extensions as finishing moves to get a good pump and burn, but I've been forced to train at home, and without access to cables I'm finding it difficult to emulate that pump/burn cabels gave me at the end of a workout.

Agree...cables are good when trying to get that last bit of pump out of your chest and arms. I like dumbbell pullovers for chest. I know a lot of people dont do them for chest, but a squeeze thru your pecs and keeping elbows in works great as a finishing exercise for me. Your waist needs to be lower than your chest to feel a nice stretch. With tri's I like to finish w/incline and decline tricep ladders. I use the Smith for this since it's easy to adjust the bar quickly. You might be able to modify with your setup. These burn like a motha and one of the best finishers IMO! Bi's...EEEK...always seem to use cables for this. I would probably go with Zottman's or concentration curls if all I had was some dumbbells.
