I see a difference, being 5'5" doesn't let you carry weight too easily.
Hey, we all have our disadvantages though.
Are you losing fat just from diet?
Are you, or will you be planning on doing weight training to put on good mass?

Thats a good amount lost in the time you have been working at it. Keep up the good work. Another 40 will get off and it will be even better.

keep up the hard work, can definitely see the change in your chest area. Pick up some coconut oil/bio oil so as you cut you dont develop loose skin/stretch marks brah.

There's a big difference. You'll notice a bigger difference as you continue to lose body fat. Keep up the good work man!

You don't notice a difference? Man, you lost 73 pounds! You should be ridiculously proud of your self! I can certainly see changes, you look ALOT less filled out now, I see the biggest difference in your back pictures, the second one looks much thinner. Just keep lifting heavy, dieting and doing what you're doing because clearly you're doing something right. Be proud! 73 pounds is a huge accomplishment. Just stick with it and it'll come over time!

Don't listen to bruto bro, I can see big difference. I was in the same EXACT situation you were in (5'5 @ 230), and I can see a big difference. Keep it up! Once you drop even further, you'll start to look way leaner. Keep up the good work!

For some people (I am this way too) it's hard to see and appreciate your own gains, and you kind of convince yourself there's not much difference. However, in reality, you've made huge progress (62lb lost in the pics) and it is very visible and noticeable. Keep it up, another 20-30lb off and you won't be able to deny the difference in the mirror anymore.
