keep up the hard work, can definitely see the change in your chest area. Pick up some coconut oil/bio oil so as you cut you dont develop loose skin/stretch marks brah.

You don't notice a difference? Man, you lost 73 pounds! You should be ridiculously proud of your self! I can certainly see changes, you look ALOT less filled out now, I see the biggest difference in your back pictures, the second one looks much thinner. Just keep lifting heavy, dieting and doing what you're doing because clearly you're doing something right. Be proud! 73 pounds is a huge accomplishment. Just stick with it and it'll come over time!

For some people (I am this way too) it's hard to see and appreciate your own gains, and you kind of convince yourself there's not much difference. However, in reality, you've made huge progress (62lb lost in the pics) and it is very visible and noticeable. Keep it up, another 20-30lb off and you won't be able to deny the difference in the mirror anymore.
