I wouldn't go as far as saying no problem. I was vegetarian for 12 years and when I realised I needed to eat right you wouldn't believe how much of a pain in the arse it is to get a decent amount of protein without having gigantic meals or having 20 eggs a day. Since I started eating meat the changes are insane. No need to whinge about it though, if you pick to be vegetarian it's something you've got to deal with.
EPO all in my veins; Lately things just don’t seem the same; Actin’ funny, but I don’t know why; ’Scuse me while I pass this guy.

Yes i agree with both statements. Actually most of the approach to "IIFYM" is ignorant! Most guys just use it as an excuse to indulge in more refined type of food, the so called "dirty food" and ignore the fact that almost your entire bulk of calories should come from more whole natural type of foods that will provide you with your essential macros & micros, protein and fats and some good sources of fiber.
"IIFYM" is about moderation, most people can't get this concept down...

i have to agree. without genetics to get big in the first place, all that AAS is not going to do a lick of good. GO out and just run some test, for 3-4 months, maybe b/c for a year and you will see. Not everyone to takes AAS will ever get half that big. AAS does crap w/o the genetics to support them.

I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

Disagree, veganism/vegetarianism in my opinion is the antithesis of the machismo culture and extreme nature of pro bodybuilding. I can't imagine someone at the professional level in this sport intentionally putting themselves at a disadvantage if they want to be at all successful. I don't think it's a coincidence that the top finishers at the Olympia each year are stuffing their faces with fish, chicken, turkey, lean beef, etc. year round.
Same thing with being a lineman in college or pro football. Wow how cute, you made have made it to the big stage eating kale chips and almond milk, but now that you're here prepare to get OWNED........

im suprised at the amount of people saying that it wouldnt b that hard to gain that size with eggs/protein powder and protein rich lentils etc combined with cell tech....
dont forget the fact that hes 6'3 .....*most* taller body builders arent able to build this type of physique with access to whtever foods they want
what you are basically saying is, its not that amazing cos...Vegetables,protein supps, eggs, lentils, cell tech = vegetables, protein supps, eggs, lentils, multiple meat sources, cell tech.../

The only advantage in getting different types of meat it's only their different aminoacids profiles, really.
He's actually better off with egg whites & whey because they are the 2 protein sources with the best bioavailability, plus they digest better than the meats, as for the other aminoacids that he wouldn't get, BCAAs supplementation despite useless for people who consume alot of protein daily, would come in handy in this case & off course the creatine from the beef can be get by taking mono which most guys supplement with anyway.
There's really no disavantages, off course it would be utterly boring to get your protein from those sources alone.
