Age=23, Height 5'8 weight 148(weight isn't 155 anymore since I took Prometheus rising, it made me go to the bathroom constantly) BF% not sure but low.
Diet = 2 protein shakes per day(whatever is cheapest, atm musclepharm)-Mixed with oats and peanut butter
Morning-3 eggs, 2 pieces of bread, 4 sausage and a potato. Banana and an orange sometime in between lunch.
Lunch-Isn't as strict I'm usually eating In-n-Out or some other "higher end" fast food. Really it varies. Haven't got my nutrition quite on point yet.
Average Dinner- About 10oz chicken with broccoli, a potato and a box Mac and cheese(spread out if I can't eat it all at once)
Yogurt before bed.
Water intake= Gallon- 2 gallons. Never drink soda so I have no problem reaching my recommended amount of water.
Monday-legs
tuesday= chest(sometimes tris)
wednesday-back
thursday-rest
friday-shoulders
Sat- bis and tris
No cardio
I mix up my rest days sometimes depending on how sore I am and if I feel it will hurts my other lifts.
How long I would incorporate would be based off of how well the product works for me. Since I'm on a constant bulk it seems like they would be great products. Plus I'm eating a lot of carbs.
Goals: To gain as much strength and muscle mass as I can. Not sure what weight I want to reach yet, depends on how it looks on me.
I don't have nearly as much experience lifting or with supplements as most of these guys. Figured it is worth trying anyways.Last edited by bigpow; 02-03-2012 at 09:43 PM.

Product Knowledge:
I-LOAD? And, how will it help me?!?!
Well, I-Load was created to increase the load of insulin your body can handle. Insulin is extremely important, when an individual is trying to build muscle. The insulin increase will force all of the precious nutrients such as carbs, aminos, and protein, which you are eating and will shuttle them to your muscles. The end Result of I-Load's ability to up your insulin sensitivity will stop muscle breakdown and build muscle, instead of building fat when bulking.
As an individual that will be competing, I would like to cut slowly- in order to keep as much hard earned muscle I have. Everyday and every meal counts toward my end goal of being swole. In order to insure that every nutrient that I eat, I -load could insure that I am eating to my full potential and nothing that I am eating is going to waste. The amount of carbs would be higher than usual within my diet, but I-Load will insure that these carbs will be shuttled to my pumped muscles than fat storage. This will be a tool to insure that my body is getting everything that I am eating and building at the gym.
Karbolic!?!?!
This is the new and improved version of the well known Karbolyn! Just like Karbolyn, Karbolic is a carbohydrate powder that assists with glycogen loading. What’s glycogen loading? Well, this technique is used by many athletes, but it maximizes the amount of glycogen storage within the muscles. It has been proven that eating carbs about 1 and half to 2 hours before exercising causes levels of insulin within the body to increase drastically. The greatest aspect of this product is its proclaimed and speed-ous absorption and its origins of carbs being: potato, rice, and corn. Knowing how great Karbolyn is- If given the chance I would like to give this product a whirl! Plus, the bottle looks sexy as hell! Most Recent Review:

Nutrition
Currently I am running on ~2300 diet, I hired coaches and that was what they gave me. I have 1 high carb day a week. Here is what my intake is like for the day
I don’t mind posting my intake from myfitnesspal everyday, since I need to report back to my coaches every week.
Supplements
Optimum 100% Gold Standard
Fish Oil
MP Creatine
Beta-Cret
Goals
My goal is to drop to 170lbs and have a 5% bf.
Training
I’m on Jim Wendler’s 5-3-1 workout so it’s a 4 day split with 4 primary exercises. They are flat barbell bench press, squat, deadlift, and military press. So in the beginning of my workout it’s more a powerlifting routine. After completing my primary movements I will go into accessory work. Accessory exercise can be any lift I please. I usually go for 5 sets of 10. I keep my total reps for workout within 200reps as that is what my coaches set for me.
Sample Chest and Back workout. This was from today
Warm up with a 10min Static Stretching to loosen up my entire body especially my lower back. [/B]
Bench Press
155x5
180x5
205x12
Pull Ups - I bring my legs close to my chest kinda like doing hanging leg raises. This way it keeps my lower back from
arching doing each pull
Body Weight x 50 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press I preform this exercise with 3-4 second on the way down and 1 sec up
60x8
60x8
60x8
60x8
Seated Close Grip Row
150x15
150x15
150x15
150x15
Karbolic
Hear A LOT OF great thing about this product and would like to give it a shot. Moreover, b.c i am on a caloric deficit I dont get to spike my insulin as much. And bc insulin is such an anabolism hormone, I would like it to bc as high as possible to prevent catabolism and this is where Karbolic comes in. In addition, I’m a full time college student so time is the essence: D In addition, because I am following a strict macro from my coaches I need to make sure I stay with in 5g of target macro. Therefore, if using karbolic it would make it much easier for me. Not only it is easier to track on a macro basis but it would also make my post workout much more convenient. Not to mention, Karbolic is derive from whole foods, and is also useable in preworkouts another PLUS PLUS
I-Load
This is a new product from professional supplement that I have yet hear of. I did some research, and basically it a product that mimics the effect of insulin so it makes it more efficient for our body to absorb nutrients and transport them into the bloodstream. In addition, I-load also contain ingredients to produce that pump effect, this will further enhance nutrient deliver to our muscles. If I would to take this product I would definitely take it preworkout to make sure all the nutrient are delivered to my muscle before I kill them Great product to stack creatine with.Last edited by Aznkidd08; 02-05-2012 at 01:18 PM.

Current Diet: Im currently on a clean bulk. My average Macro's are as follows-
Cals
4313
Fat
117 g
Cholesterol
1116 mg
Sodium
3392 mg
Carbs
353 g
Fiber
44 g
Protein
386 g
Sugars
68 g
Training: My current training is using the Y3T method by Neil Hill. I needed something to fill in for FST7 so I didnt plateau. So far this may work better for me than FST7. My current split is M-Shoulders/Calves, T-Arms, W-Off, T-Legs, F-Back/Calves, S-Chest, S-Off.
I would be using I-Load and Karbolic during Pre and Intra workout. Currently im using a weight gainer post. I am definitely interested in the new Karbolic. So far all my experiences with Professional Supplements has been great and I would definitely be interested in a online rep position.

I was once a division one volleyball player but then decided I wanted to pursue my passion of someday training elite athletes and transferred to get a better education in Exercise Science. Ever since quitting volleyball I have grown more and more in love with the weight room, switching my passion for being the best on the court to being in better shape than anyone else. Next year I will be working on attaining my masters degree in Exercise Science at either Florida State, Appalachian State, or Springfield College (MA). My goal is to work with elite athletes to create champions. That is the spirit that I have always been driven by, and the spirit that I will instill into the athletes I train. With my competitive nature now focused on the weight room I plan on competing in physique competitions as soon as I add some more muscle onto my frame. I promise to be a well organized and focused logger. I work out consistently 6 days a week. All of my exercises for the next 3 weeks are 4 set x 10 reps and 4 exercises for each body part except bi's and tri's which only are given 2 exercises. Monday: knee dominant, bi's, tri's. Tuesday: Hip dominant, Chest. Wednesday: Cardio, back, shoulders. Thursday: knee dominant, bi's, tri's. Friday: Hip dominant, Chest. Saturday: Cardio, back, shoulders. Sunday: Off.
My diet consists mainly of Breakfast: oatmeal, egg whites, potatoes, onions, green and red peppers. Meal 2: brown rice and chicken. Meal 3: Shrimp, brown rice, and large spinach salad. Meal 4: chicken and brown rice. Meal 5: Salmon or chicken.
I would used Karbolic as a post workout supplement to replenish my muscles after a grueling workout. I would use I-load as an intra workout supplement because insulin is such as mass building hormone.
I am the hardest working man in the gym and will continue to be. I promise to represent your product and company well. Please give my response serious consideration.
Best regards,
Eric Hardek
