Instruction is very clear, use 1 teaspoon of creatine which equals 5g. The ideal dosage for my weight is 5g. I've been doing 2 scoops of 1/2 teaspoon since that's the only measuring scoop I have. However, I poured 1 teaspoon of creatine on my wife's measuring food scale and it only came out less than 2 grams. Looks like my 1/2 teaspoon is way off. However, I am not sure if that 1/2 teaspoon is for liquid.
It took me like 7-8 1/2 teaspoons to reach 5g. What should I do? Which should I follow?

5 grams is a very small amount to trust to a food scale. Unless you're certain the scale is accurate down to such a small quantity (not likely if it cost less than $30), just use the teaspoon measurement.

It doesn't say 'teaspoon', it says 'rounded teaspoon' (big difference) which some labels refer to as "heaping teaspoon". There are usually 3 grams in a 'Level Teaspoon'.
That's the same principle most protein powders use too. It'll say 1 "Heaping Scoop" = what ever is on the label. If you've been leveling off your scoops then you haven't been getting the proper amount.
I'm not sure why they insist on using such an inaccurate measurement. I guess that little bit of plastic saved for making a bigger scoop saves then thousands in the long run.
