If you are using whey follow the OP's recipe. You have to cook the cake just right so it doesn't crack up. It is question of minutes. It is suggested to cook the cake on lower heat for a longer time to prevet that. I am cooking my cakes 70minutes@200 celsius. (not a good reference as I have quite small oven)

anyone ever use dry milk instead of whey? obviously it is of lower protein content but i don't mind.

im running out of whey protein and don't really want to buy it anymore (would rather get protein from whole foods)

Never used whey. Using flour as a substitute. Going to bake a cocoa cheesecake today. Pics tomorrow

Dont use protein powder. I did once, couldnt taste it...and havent since. Unless you need the extra protein in there, it wont detract from the flavor etc. of your cake.

Depending how much batter you plan making and depending your pan size. I am using 8" pan and using 100g of flour. You can check my recipe in earlier post how much batter I make and flour use. I'd say the safest bet is to use the same ammount you would use as of whey.

tried a pb cheesecake with OPs recipe posted earlier in this thread...

    4tbsp natty pb + 4tbsp pb2...

turned out decent, but could probably use even more pb which messes up the macros too much IMO :/

    cocoa cheesecake will be next
