first time bulking diet please look!

hey dudes I just finished up a cut from 184lb to 162lb~ I used the stickies to calculate my cals for a slow bulk + my macro nutrients. I was just wondering if you guys could just critic it before I start it:

    9.99 x 73.5 + 6.25 x 182.88 - 4.92 x 20 + 5
    734.26500 + 1143 - 98.4 + 5

    1 877.265 - 98

    1779.265 x 1.5

    2668.8975 <--- MAINTANENCE // PLUS 133 (5%) CAL

    =

    2801.8975 cal ~

    23.12% protien 162g protien 648 cals
    26.01% 81g fat 729 cals
    50.85% 356g carbs 1424.8975 cals

Macros look fine for weight. Just use the scale and mirror to guide you as it is easy to stall on a slow bulk given that you are not creating a whole lot of room for miscalculation/fluctuation with only a 5% surplus.

Since I’m talking about body fat, I might as well address another very common cause of poor muscle gain and that’s trainees who fear putting on even an ounce of body fat. They’ll deliberately keep their calories low all the time and then wonder why they aren’t magically synthesizing muscle mass out of thin air. At this point, I’m not even including the folks who want to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

Your calculations looking not bad, but we don't see what the products do u eat and count, and in what kind of portions - and that is very important.

The names of the foods he eats and the individual portions consumed are functionally irrelevant. It's total daily nutrition that counts.

Endo, Ekto, Mezo - body type.

So u saying that i must count protein from vegetables and cereals?
That will be wrong calculation and it won't tell about a thing.

Sorry if my English not well.

Cause they are unefficient in building muscle, u can't grow from proteins from cereals, u'll get energy from carbo, but the aminoacid profile of it is veeeery poor. Like most vegetables too.

Now I was under the assumption that body comp was a product of total daily macro nutrients/micro nutrients/caloric intake, apparently it is completely based off of each individual product in which we decide to consume?

I suggest you stop trying to answer questions long enough to read a bit about nutrition and at least learn the basics.
