    tons of junk food man. Might not effect your diet if you stay in your calories..... but it's sure going to make your cravings for sweets and junk much worse IMO.

    I call it quick, convenient, and awesome, you call it junk because the media tells you it is. It is keeping me on track and I am losing unhealthy fat in the process. I craved it much more when I ate bro foods 6 days a week.

    I wouldn't go that far to assume what I do. I eat junk a few times a week also, as long as it fits in my macros, and I also don't believe in the hype over protien ether like you stated, and are trying out. So don't take it as me bashing you or anything.


    I find what you are doing VERY interesting, So I cannot wait for your results, and hope you do very well. If it works out, it will disprove a lot of things that get strung along around here, even if just a bit.

    Fair enough. Thanks! I may be going a little overboard but I am doing it to further disprove the myths out there. I eat 2-3 times a day, I train fasted 90% of the time, I don't eat post workout, and of course my protein percentage is low.

    I'm pretty much the same except I keep my protein around .75 per lb. I'm focusing on strength over aesthetics though.

    Thought of you or more so the cal in vs out over macros the other day while chowing down on some mcdonolds, haha.

    4 double cheese burgers, with the bottom bun removed on all of them, then combined into two huge burgers.

    1460 calories
    84g fat
    56g carb's
    88g protien.

    was still within my calorie limit that day, even on at 1825cal being my max goal per day for a 625cal deficient and what a hell of a meal, haha

    Fatsecret.com. There is also a phone app called calorie counter by fat secret. Still waiting on an app that has a GPS plus the 24 hour calorie burn that this one has integrated. Thanks!

    Water fluctuations are a little crazy. I was 199.8 on 02/28 200.8 on 02/29 200.8 on 03/01 and 201.4 today. I am looking leaner by the day and my deficit is too high to gain muscle so water retention should be the only answer. You can see why people become frustrated when they think they are doing everything right. I am sticking to my guns for at least another week. If weight loss is still stalled I will increase the calories. Waiting on the wooooooosh.

    Going to rest today. Weight loss has stalled and I believe that what is described on this page http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/fat...-fat-loss.html, is happening to me. I have recently upped my activity and cut calories a bit more and I lost about 4 lbs. in 6 days but now believe this has raised my cortisol levels. I don't remember the last time I had a rest day. I think after today, I will lower my deficit by at least 500 calories and stop doing two-a-days.

    You're still young. I am tired of life passing me by without reaching my goals. Keeping track of intake and burn puts me in total control of my progress. I am not mentally stressed at all. Ask any of my friends, and especially my wife, I am the most laid back easygoing guy they know. The stall is due to 2000 calorie deficit for more than a week after already being in a large deficit for 40 days previous to that. Starting tomorrow, I will cut back on activity and slightly on calories. I will shoot for a 1000-1300 calorie deficit instead.

    Despite you're way older and bigger, I see you and me a lot alike. I got deep into my cut when I realized months have passed since I thought "okay let's get ripped" and that was really frustrating. I started thinking long-term, after watching downwards and realizing I wasted precious time, losing chance to enjoy life,in order to think on the short run.

    So I took photos, the shameful before-ones, and started a cutting log on Fitocracy. Ive just been focusing on big compounds, weight poundages regularly increasing, constant measurements and pics as well, to be reliable to myself...and that's what brought me to my current shape you see in the avatar; working progress though.

    This may not seem a big achievement, but to me is like climbing the stairs of Philadelphia like Rocky with "eye of the tiger" playing in my ears.
